Yeah but when Iphone users who send me messages send them in iMessage, it never gets switched to SMS!

If the picture was in your photo stream you can sign into the iCloud account in Settings>iCloud and turn on photo stream to see/copy it. If it was only in the iCloud backup you can't restore just the picture; you have to restore the entire backup. Restoring a backup is all or nothing.

One thing you may notice when you do install them on the iPad, is they are not optimized for the higher resolution screen on the iPad versus the iPhone. You can still use them, but you may want to search the app store and see if there is a HD or iPad optimized version (although you may have to buy that as most such apps are not free upgrades, but separate purchases).

I have 2 apple id accounts, one on my phone and one for my ipad. I would like to be able to use icloud and be able to sync info beteween them. Is there any way to change the apple id on my iphone without losing all the music and apps?
No. You can sign in and out of the different accounts on the phone and the iPad but you can't use automatic downloads with two different ID's and if you switch to another ID on a device and then you download past purchases using that ID, you will lock yourself out of the other ID for 90 days.

I work in a company that has only t one connection for internet. There is no interet srvice provided in this area. I do however have and Iphone three and have no trouble getting on the internet with it. Will it be the same for the IPAD 3 that I just purchased?? Want to be able to use the IPAD 3 at work and get on the interent and if I can on the Iphone 3 I'm hoping the IPAD 3 will also. Any thoughts?
Either your phone is getting on wifi or you're using the cellular network to access the internet. If it's wifi, then you just need to connect the iPad to the same wifi. If you're using the phone's cellular connection to access the net, then you'll either need to get a tethering plan to use your phone as a mobile hotspot for your iPad, or get a device like the Mifi, which is a portable cellular wifi hotspot

I have all pictures selected in iTunes, but it keeps showing the same ones over and over. Is there a way to refresh which ones are shown? Thanks.
Settings > Screensaver > Photos, scroll down to computers were you should see the ones you've chosen to home share in iTunes.

Every time when Firefox is minimized to the tray and I open it up again i can't use it until I click on a tab that's not focused or on the search field with the mouse. It's completely locked, I can't press ctrl+1/2/3 etc to change tab or ctrl+e to go to search. Last time everything worked like it should was on release 3.5.14
Is there a way to fix this?
Edit: I've tried reinstalling Firefox and gotten a new profile, that didn't help.
Edit2: Updated to 3.6.9 and I still have the problem.
Edit3: Just installed 3.6.11, the problem is still there.
I can't understand how 3.5.14 can work and not a singel release after that.
Opera here I come, soon...- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so.
If still problem that indicates you have a bad headphone jack.
Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for this price. They do not fix yours. Likely not worth it for your old 2G iPod

I was hoping to get the effect of a push segue from the initial View Controller screen to a UIView on that same view controller. I seem to be able to add this option into my Swipe Gesture connections, (storyboard shows the segue arrow exiting the View controller and then pointing back into the same View Controller) This would be ideal, but I cant work out if its possible to link this segue to the new UIView I want. At the moment it just feeds back to the initial View Controller screen! Argggh!!! -
Help, I'm Canadian and have an iPhone 5c. I take my phone to the USA for the winter and can't receive any texts unless I'm connected to wifi. Have tried everything I can think of and nothing works. Can anyone help? Tried complete reboot, delegating all threads. Turning off iMessage altogether, then I get nothing!
iMessage (the blue bubble) will only come through via a data connection - cellular or wifi. With cellular data turned off, those messages will not come through until you have a wifi connection.
SMS (green bubble) should still come through, but you would need to verify this with your carrier in Canada.

Connect the old phone to your computer, right click on it in iTunes, and choose Transfer Purchases. That should put all of your music in iTunes except any tracks that were not purchased from iTunes. If you have any such you will have to retrieve them from the original source, or see: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141.

If you are using the same Apple ID on both devices, the Game Center profile should be the same.
Check out this information from the iPad User Guide. Try signing out of the Game Center on both devices and then sign back in with the correct Apple ID:
