hi, i dont remember my security answer, and i would like to call the apple Account Security Advisor, but apple dosent have a support in Oman, is there is any other way to get in touch with Account Security Advisor??

    What should I do if I don't remember the answers to my Apple ID security questions?
    Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
    If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
    If you have three security questions and a rescue email address
         - sign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
    If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID password
         - sign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to reset your security question.
    If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID password
         - contact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.

    How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
    Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
    Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
    Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'.  This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
    If that doesn't work, or  there is no rescue email link available, then click on 'Temporary Support PIN' that is in the bottom left side, and generate a 4-digit PIN for the Apple Account Security Advisor you will be contacting later.
    Next, go to https://getsupport.apple.com
    (If you see a message that says 'There are no products registered to this Apple ID, simply click on 'See all products and services')
    Choose 'More Products & Services', then 'Apple ID'.
    A new page will open.
    Choose 'Other Apple ID Topics', then 'Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions'.
    Click the blue 'Continue' button.
    Select the contact option that suits your needs best.

  • Firefox does not allow my on-line bank account security phrase to be retained - why?

    Hello,
    I have successfully used MS Internet Explorer to log into my on-line bank account in the past. Since changing to Firefox my login process has become incumbered. The bank requires a security phrase as a part of an initial personal PC to bank account security setup measure, which security phrase information is supposed to be retained on my PC for subsequent logins into my on-line account. I still need to enter the usual username and password, but for some reason Firefox does not allow the security phrase information to be retained on my PC and so I have to enter the security phrase each time I log in. I called my bank's IT department and together we tried changing some Firefox settings, but none of them fixed this problem. I also have AVG and Super Antispyware loaded on this PC.
    Do you have a solution to this problem?

    The arrow to open the tab history of the Back and Forward buttons has been removed in Firefox 4.

    I have an iPhone 5, that I purchased, and loaded a credits voucher onto my iTunes account. My location for the App Store/iTunes, is set to the United States. I am currently in a bit of a tough situationGood Day,

I am currently in a bit of a tough situation because the answers I set for my Account Security Questions, were 'incorrect', where as I know for a fact they are correct because I wrote the answers down and put them in my iPhone box. I tried purchasing in app data and I was asked my account security questions and they were incorrect as I said, and now my account is locked for purchases. I am now currently in South Africa for the past 2 weeks and am using a South African phone number. Therefore I cannot contact an Account Security member as I cannot be contacted on my account registered number because my new number is South African. I contacted support and was told to follow a link at the different country and contact numbers. I obviously can't 'Request a call' for any of the supporting countries, because I do not have that country's set specific contact number and therefore my number is deemed 'invalid'. South Africa is not supported by am Apple Team, and now I am unable to contact another country's support team, so what do I do please? What would people in a similar position to me do?

    You can't transfer an account's balance to another account.
    The page that you’ve posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should let you reset them.
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

    When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use
