HT201209 EVERY TIME i REDEEM AN ItUNES GIFT CARD, MY PREVIOUS BALANCE DISAPPEARS! HOW MANY DOLLARS I HAVE LOST IS UNKNOWN TO ME! WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

Today I redeemed a $15 gift card. I had .95 on my account from a previous redemption. As soon as I redeemed, the balance disappeared, and left my balance as $15. I noticed this happen before several times and assumed that Apple was keeping track. I dont think so, I think I am being ripped off!

Because your iTunes Store credit can't be spent on content for anyone else or transferred to anyone else's iTunes Store account.
