Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Hi,
Photos synced from your computer can't be deleted directly on your iPhone. You'll need to connect your device to iTunes and remove the pictures by going in the Photos tab on your device's settings.

We bought the phone in another country and used it there on a prepay plan. we also purchased several itunes gift cards and used them to download some music. We used all but 69 cents of the credit on the itunes card before leaving that country. We are now in another country and have signed up with another cellular provider and purchased another itunes card but when we went to redeem the credit on the card it wouldn't accept it and said it was only for use in the country we were in. I realised our itunes account did not recognise we have gone to another counrty so I went into the settings of the phone and selected the iTunes and App Stores. When in that setting i tapped the Apple ID and then view Apple ID which then gives you the option to change the country/ region. However when I try to change the country I keep getting the message under the banner Account, which says "You have a store credit balance; you must spend your balance before you can change stores".
I have looked through everything but cannot find a way to delete or spend the 69 cents credit. Can anyone help me?Mikeandnicki wrote:

IIIaass it wasn set up with a credit card no but she's had it for almost a year and prob downloaded every app an 11yr old would want but just recently it says itunes terms and conditions have changed before you ....................false alarm just got her to show me and all she had to do was select agree to the new terms and conditions said she had read about paying and payment and she was just too over caution the wee pet so happy now there she is downloading away thanks so much for all the help

So I have tried to update my iPod touch about 5 times now and it still says there is an error. I,ve erased all my settings and attempted to restore it, but it wont let me. I'm ready to throw it away and find a new product
Errors when updating leads to corrupt system files and this may be your problem. If you're using windows, connect your device to PC and run any third party app like Syncios. If it detects, you maybe in luck and try to back-up your data if possible. I hope that it won't and if doesn't, there is no other way to recover files. You should be restoring with iTunes and all data will be erased, or else your device may become unusable.

Are you in your user account?
In the Import window you'll see a Desktop folder at the root level of our drive. You don't want that one.
You want the one in your the folder for your user account.

I changed my LCD last day and now i noticed all my pictures on my phone are gone. I tried to restore the back that I got yesterday but it wont let me because its telling me there is not enough space on my phone!!! That's wierd because I didn't download any app or anything else since my last backup and on the other hand about 3000 pictures are gone, how come there is not enough space left! I also check my usage on my phone and it shows that i have about 7.0 GB pictures!!! BUT my photos is empty! I want my picture back on my phone any solution anyone?

I just called the guy who changed my LCD and asked him what happend, he said there were no pictures on your phone when you gave it to me! i know he is lying tho!

It's not referencing your iTunes version. It's referencing your device's iOS version. An iPhone 3G has a maximum iOS of 4.2.1. If an app requires an iOS higher than that, it will not work on your iPhone 3G.

I can turn my ipod with the home or sleep button but it wont let unlock or turn it off
i can turn my ipod on with the home button or sleep button but it wont let me slide the unlock thing and it wont let me turn it offf if i try. it also keeps blinking to the lock screen and then it will turn off again by itself

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
