HT201210 When I click on the download itunes command after looking for an update, nothing happens.
I went under help and found look for updates. I clicked on it and itunes found the latest version. When I clicked on download itunes, nothing happened. What should I do?
With that one, try updating using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) downloaded from the Apple website:

AlexCarey, I've been having issues purchasing recently and place a number of calls to the support team. On Oct. 5th, and on my own decision, I went into my itunes profile and re-entered my credit card expiration date and security code. (Notice, it is not displayed for safety measures.) Today, I received an email from Apple support verifying if I made changes made to my account. For the heck of it, I logged back into itunes; click "Buy". It's working again after three days of failure. However, diagnosis still displays "Secure link to itunes store failed". Very confusing state of affairs, lately. See my post on "Itunes dilemma"

Nothing happens when i click on the download mozilla firefox 3.6 for free
i am trying to switch from ie to mozilla firefox. i clicked on the download now for free tab but nothing happens. the page loads and no run or install box appears. i have tried all the troubleshooting without help

I found that this works if anyone actually is reading this:
1.go to control panel and click on add/remove hardware
2.find the itunes symbol that is coming out the box and hit [change]
3.click the one that says repair missing files and let it run its course
if that doesnt work for you then if you ever get it running then dont have that album scrolly thing at the top on it makes mine run way better
though every once in awhile it freezes for me so i still wont the frickn thing fixed -

I see. Not good. Does this happen when you click on it in the Dock? What about in your home folder? What about in the Finder sidebar?
Standard troubleshooting things to try:
* Hold command-r while starting up to get into Recovery Mode. Run DIsk Utility and "Repair Disk". (This is probably a good idea in any case because of the possible disk errors which could accumulate due to all the freezing.)
* Hold shift down while starting up to get into Safe Mode. Does the bad behavior persist while in Safe mode?

I downloaded adobe cc and am trying to download ps, but when I click on the download tab nothing happens??
Open up the Adobe CC desktop application. There should be an Install or Try button, not a Download button, next to PS in the CC desktop app list.
It sounds like you’re using a browser with https://creative.adobe.com/products That page should work, too, but clicking the blue Download button is going to try to start up a program locally on your computer and you may have answered Disallow at some point in the past or you may have some internet security program that blocks such things so nothing is starting up. -
I am running OS X Lion 10.7.5 and trying to download a free upgrade to OS X Mavericks. When I click on the download button nothing seems to happen. I realize it takes some time to download but I do not see the status of it slowly downloading. I shut my computer down and rebooted and tried again with no success. Running Lion 10.7.5 is my computer compatible to upgrade to Mavericks? Any suggestions?

The system (computer) requirements for Mavericks are posted on the web site. If your computer will handle it, you can update directly from OS X 10.7.

When i click on 'Show all in Finder' after searching for anything on spotlight, NOTHING happens! NO Finder window opens up and the spotlight dropdown menu just shuts! Please help!
I'm having the same problem in other places as well, for example when i downloaded Easyfind right now, clicking the small magnifying glass button on the right of the file name (shown below) would usually open up finder highlighting the file, but now nothing happens when i click on that button!
Is there a solution for this, as this was a very useful feature which i used ALL the time? -
After clicking Safari prompt box to "Download Flash..." , I'm linked to the Adobe Flash Player Download page. I click the "Download Now". The page advance to next page in the download process but then immediately goes black and nothing happens. System preferences firewall is off and apps are allowed from anywhere and in Safari other plug ins are allowed and cookies are not blocked and pop up windows are not blocked. Why won't Flash Player download?
Don't DL Flash from web sites. If you have Adobe Flash installed it should be in System Preferences and you can find the latest version and download from there.
If you are installing for the first time,this is where to DL it.

When I click on the orange download for android button, it takes me to a site that is not able to be opened. An error message pops up. I prefer Firefox to the browser that came with the phone, but it does not show up at all in the Android Market.
