HT201272 I am having trouble finding audiobooks that I have purchased in the Cloud.
I am having a hard time locating the audiobooks that I have pruchased on the Cloud, I would like to upload them on to different devices and they don't appear in the the books section.

Here are a couple of things:
Frame 0: the pane properties are saved with the file, so once they are set you never need to set them again. Delete the property node and associated constants.
Frame 1:
Shouldn't "Serial#" be a control (and an integer)? You do a complex song and dance to add leading zeroes. Simply format your serial number with format "%04d"
Shouldn't "Operator" be a control?
Frame 2: That loop needs a small wait statement. Since STOP is always true when the loop ends, the later case structure seems unneeded.
Frame 3:
the STOP function seems unneeded. the VI will stop anyway since there is no code left.
never use default tunnels for references.
All your error outputs are "disconnected" and write to the same indicator. Mist likely you'll loose intermediary errors.
Overall, you should use a state machine architecture instead of sequences. It will be much more flexible and will take even less diagram space. The indicators can be outside the state case, so all states can write to them. No locals needed.

I recently purchased an audiobook from itunes. It had three parts, but only the last two downloaded correctly. Whenever I click on part 1 it begins at chapter 10 and the title changes to part 2 of 3. How can I fix this? Also, is there a place in my purchased area that holds audiobooks? I know how to download music and apps, I just cant find purchased audiobooks,
Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download, so they won't appear in the Purchased link for re-downloading, so you will need to contact Apple. Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that audiobook and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
i cannot find any trace in my collection of audiobooks that i have purchased over numerous months. they appear in my purchase history but are nowhere to be found in my itunes . how should i recover these ?
If you can't find the files in the iTunes folder on your hard drive, then you'll need to restore them from your backups. Audiobooks have not at this time been licensed for re-downloading from the iTunes Store.

How do I find out what I have stored in the cloud? Also I have an update (6.1.1) for my 4S I-phone but can get it to download - even when my phone is connected to my computer. Can anyone help?
You can see some of your data by going to icloud.com from a computer and signing into your iCloud account. Other data can only be viewed on an iOS device or computer that is syncing with the account.
What do you mean when you say you can't "get it to dowload"? -

I have an AppleTV that is set up so that I can use it in the US and purchase US content. What happens if I switch it to say that I am in the UK so that I can purchase shows from the BBC (not "BBC America" but the real BBC)? Will I no longer have access to my collection of movies that I have purchased in the US?
Is there some kind of surcharge if I purchase UK content (which is priced in UK £) with a credit card from the US?
What happens if I have two iTunes accounts where one is an account that I started in the UK and the other started in the US? Can they both be on the same AppleTV?
Thank youThank you! I assume that the BBC doesn't want Americans to have access to some content (for example, Season 3 of Downton Abbey which my wife wants to see). There may be some legal/contractual barrier that prevents this. But I wasn't certain whether AppleTV actually prevents this.

like i said im having trouble downloading music that i had purchaced from my i pod and i cannot resync it back to my ipod from itunes b/c when ever i go into my i tunes since ive shared it with the rest of my family only my mom's and dad's music show up not mine
You must have a minimum of OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8 installed on your Mac to have the Mac App Store. The Quick Links are on the Featured pane.

How do I find songs that i have purchased through iTunes that suddenly dont show up in my iTunes
i recently noticed that songs that i have purchased through itunes from about a year ago are no where to be found on my device or in my itunes library. can anyone help me i am leaving for a trip in a few days and would really like to find these songs. thanks a bunch!!
it doesnt show up in my purchased playlist either. i just noticed also it looks like all the songs i bought from 2010 are not in there but 2009 and 2011 are there. also earlier i looked under purchased history and the songs i am looking for showed up in there.

HT201272 Getting error 3049 while trying to download past music purchases from the Cloud
My wife and I are trying to download all of our past purchases from the cloud. I got all of mine just fine, but my wife's music comes up with error 3049. I haven't found any documentation online of a similar error. Anyone know what that's about?
Thank you!Theoutsider is So right! I was at my witts end trying to figure out how to fix this. I tried Every troubleshooting options I could find on the internet. (updated drivers, changed the hosts (many times in fact) removed antivirus, checked fire wall, stopped fire wall, messed with the hosts some more (copy & paste it to the desktop) downloaded tinyumbrella, put the phone in DFU mode, watched many youtube videos, LOL and I'm sure I'm missing a few other steps i took too.. ) It was something as simple as making sure I was logged in under the right itunes account :| So glad I didn't pay apple the $69 they wanted to tell me I'm a dumb@ss.... Thanks for the tip theoutsider!! You just saved me! Wish I would have ran across your suggestion a day or two ago...

HT203167 Is anyone having trouble with downloads that you don't get the full song?
I have bought two cd's to burn for my brother. They both have a song that did not download the whole song. I was able to re-download the one song for one of them, but the other one, I have to re-purchase the whole CD, which was $20.00 Is there a way that I can get that one song without having to but the whole cd again?
Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the corrupt tracks from the music section of your iTunes library, close & then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unchecked. This seems to help with partial downloads...
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the "Report a problem" links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

Songs that I have purchased in the past I'm not showing up in iTunes
Over the years I have purchased a lot of music starting with my iPhone 3GS on down to the iPhone 5
And I have never had a problem restoring some the songs new devices
But now I noticed there are songs missing in the purchase history this makes me want to never buy anymore songs in iTunes
And start using Amazon cloud unless you guys can fix this problemHey Buchorns40!

my itunes wont sync with my phone. it shows on my itunes on my laptop that its all synced, yet nothing has changed. and then my new purchased music on my iPhone will not sync to itunes on my computer.

No, it does not. It transfers purchases from the iDevice to the computer. The computer must be authorized for the Apple ID that the content was acquired with.

I have loaded all my music to the cloud from my hard drive. When I am viewing the music on my PC from the cloud it wasn't displaying all of the song/artist information correctly. I took the time to go into each one that wasn't displaying correctly using the "get info" option and I updated them all. Now they are displaying properly on my PC but not on my Iphone. I'm sure it was because of the way they were loaded. My question is how do I update the information for the music that is on the cloud so it will display to my Iphone correctly (and the Ipad I just bought but haven't setup yet?
Pretty sure I just downloaded the .exe files to the SD card (I have a directory called "drivers" there & ran from Windows, no need to boot from anything else. Didn't even need to use Safe Boot. The files do need an .exe extension IE someimes downloads as _exe. No idea why but would just need to rename if download has the underscore and not the period. The you can run them.
Was so easy I really did not think about it. One of the Intel Platform drives does say "requires 1.60 update" so that is the one you need. Do the 1.60, reboot, and then the Intel update.
Key point is the release note on the Intel Platform Installer
"Release Notes
1.Please install the Windows BIOS version 1.60 or higher for Encore WT8-A (PDW09x) before installing this Intel Platform Installer update." note this says "BIOS" and not "USB BIOS" which is a smaller file. -
On preferences on my iMac, there is no option for messages, when I go into messages on my iphone 6 plus it asks for a code but that code doesn't pop up on my computer. My iCloud is connected, wifi is connected and even my facetime is working, just not my imessage and it's really annoying. Can someone please help me?
I think you can solve your problems by removing your AppleID email address from BOTH the Messages setting on your iPhone and the iMessages settings on your Mac.
On iPhone:
Settings > Messages > iMessage > Dissabled
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > touch the "(i)" < touch "Remove This Email"
On Mac:
Open "Messages" application
Click "Messages menu > Preferences
Click "Accounts"
Select your AppleID account
Under the "You can be reached for messages at" settings, uncheck your AppleID email address and your phone number
Then uncheck the "Enable this account" setting
And lastly, ask all of your friends with iPhones to delete all iMessage conversations (blue bubbles) in their entirety.
To test, send a friend a new text using their phone number (not their email address) and watch the color of the bubble. If it's green then you are using SMS.

Technically, I CAN select text, its just a pain in the ***. There is a very fine line to click on and I usually end up selecting the obnect that the text is on top of. If someone knows another way to do this I will be most appreciative. Cheers,
