I have forgot my security questions and answers but I remeber my apple id and password. i couldn't make a purchase in mac app store without answering security questions. i could find a way to change the security questions in Manage account portal. Please help.

I recently upgraded to Mavericks on my macmini and suddenly it won't connect to my home wifi network. It says I need to move closer to my router whioch is really close and it worked fine before so I doubt this is the issue. Also, my IPad and Macbook connect just fine to the network, so it seems like its localized to my macmini and now funny enough my IPhone. I tried reseting SMC and PRAM, but this didn't help at all. I have never been able to connect to the itunes store. It always says"itunes could not connect to the itunes store. An unknown error occurred.(306) " So what does this mean and how can I fix it?

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect to your computer & click on the "Update your device using iTunes".
Tip - You may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. After you update to iOS 5.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

I was typing an email to friend. I put the ipad down to answer the door and came back a few minutes later and the screen had gone blank and when I tried to get the message that I was typing back I could not find it. The message contained a lot of text and pictures. How can I find it? I have looked in drafts.

the cover i bought is from the brand called iPearl and it supports the auto sleep/wake lid action but i cant find the settings for it in my settings>general. now my iPad wont sleep when i close the lid. how do i find the option for this action in my settings on my ipad?
The setting should only appear with the cover installed. Try settings> general> IPad cover lock/unlock> on. Thanks go to Diavonex and Chris CA from this earlier thread.
The sleep/wake function would not show in general to turn it on. I have a Targus case but the function will not work. What's going on? -

i am wondering if anyone can tell me how to go about getting a refund on my account with itunes for apps i have been billed twice for. this has happened befor and u used to be able to gointo purchases and report a problem and they would take care of it. now we have to go thru all these bells and whistles to just get a minor problem fixed.....how frustrating is that !!!!!!!!!

Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.
