HT201318 Does I cloud remove pictures from device and store them some where

Does I cloud removes pictures after a period of time and store them someplace that I can go and find them?

I have the same problem and I'm not sure this addresses it.  I want to subscribe to iTunes match using my Mac; the intention being that I can then remove all the subset of my tunes from the ipad mini, and when travelling listen to music on the iPad mini via iTunes Match.
So the question still remains, does the music stored on my iPad mini get automatically removed when i subscribe to iTunes Match, or do I have to remove it??
Also, my iPad mini is showing that 1.8GB of storage is taken up by music at the moment, will all of this be freed if I subscribe to iTunes match and delete the music (irrespective of whether this is done manually or via an automatic delete).
Thank you

  • Good morning, i would like to know how to take pictures from iphoto and put them in a folder on desktop

Good morning: would like to know how to take pictures from my iphoto and put them in a folder on my desktop

To take photos from iPhoto and put them onto a folder on Desktop, first create a folder on Desktop. Right-click on Desktop and create a new folder.
Then, open iPhoto, and you have two ways to export photos:
    1. Select the photos you want to copy to Desktop with Command key (or go to Edit menu > Select All, if you want to copy all photos), and then, drag them to the folder on Desktop.
    2. Select the photos you want to copy to Desktop with Command key, go to File menu > Export, and follow the steps.
You can choose the one you prefer

  • Removing song from ipod and putting them on laptop

Hey all giving old nano to sister and need all my old music i have on there to put on my new ipod touch how can i do this??
    Matt

Hi and welcome to  Discussions!
First you'll need to transfer your music from the iPod Nano to the computer and then sync the music with the new iPod Touch.
Read this article, to learn how to transfer from an iPod to a computer:
If you have purchased songs from the iTunes Music Store, then those are pretty easy to transfer to your computer. You'll just need to follow [this instructions|http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=305465].
All your other songs (for example, those ripped from your CD's), you'll need to use any 3rd party program to transfer them to your iTunes library!
Some can also transfer your playlists, videos, ratings, podcast...

  • HT4859 does cloud backup pictures from your phone

    Hi
I would like to know if i back up my phone with i cloud would it back up my pictures too?
The reason why i ask this qiestion is because when i log into my i cloud i cannot see my pictures.
    Kind regards

You can't view your photos via icloud.com.
You can back up your iPhone data (and your pictures) to iCloud but you'll probably have to purchase extra storage (basic free service is only 5 GB's).
Photo Stream keeps up to 1,000 photos and stores them for 30 days. They are "pushed" to your other devices.

  • How can i remove pictures from my droid turbo without having to use the touch screen on the phone at all?

how can i remove pictures from my droid turbo without having to use the touch screen on the phone at all?  my screen is cracked and i am waiting on a replacement phone.  as far as i can tell in order to access the phone storage through my computer, i have to use the touchscreen to enable it so that the computer will see it as a camera.  I can't do that as the top half of the touschscreen is unresponsive.  any suggestions?  teaches me to use the backup services offered in the future, but i still need a short term solution for this time.

I'm sorry to hear your screen is cracked spence425. I know its difficult to use the phone while its damaged. I'm happy you are receiving a replacement device. Have you saved any of your pictures and other data to the cloud? Here is a link about the cloud http://vz.to/1mF0GIx . Unfortunately, you will be unable to remove any data from the phone if the screen is unresponsive but if you are looking to transfer data to your new phone, it would have needed to be saved via the cloud first. Keep us posted.

This is a CISCO-CONFIG-MAN-MIB trap, not an EEM trap.  I don't think your EEM applet is being triggered since you have that priority argument in there.  Try removing that and leave the syslog pattern alone.  You will see the string as a varbind in the trap.

  • How to remove pictures from photostream?

Is there a way to remove pictures from photostream?

    No.
You can only reset it in www.icloud.com ( click on your login name to see the option) , or turn it off in all devices to clear the cache - but once you turn photostream on again, the very same pictures will populate it for the next 30 days.
There is no management or selection available of what goes in, and what not. If you have stuff you don't want to appear on all machines, you are best suited in not using this feature at all. ( That's what I do = turn off forever, because it is useless and the lack of selection is stupid ).

  • How do I remove pictures from my iPhone that can't be deleted?

How do I remove pictures from my iPhone that can't be deleted?

    What pics?
    This is very vague.
If you mean pics that you synced to your iphone form your computer, then delete them the same way. Open itunes, connect iphone, select what you want to be on your iphone, sync.

  • Is there any way I can view / remove pictures from Camera Roll on the iPhone, on a Mac, without actually importing the files?

Is there any way I can view / remove pictures from Camera Roll on the iPhone, on a Mac, without actually importing the files? I just want to view / delete files without importing them.
For instance I have 1200 photos on my iPhone Camera Roll. Some of these are shots, that I've taken multiple times, some good, some bad. I just want to clean up my Camera Roll, but going through the pictures on the iPhone's small screen is tedious. I'd much rather look at the camera roll's photo's on my Mac, and then decide which files I'd like to keep, and which to delete.
I don't want to import the files, as when I import the files, and delete them from Camera Roll, now the Photo's are not on my phone, and the only way to get them back on my Phone is to Import them back in using iTunes, and then they go into the Picture Library and not the Camera Roll.
In the same way as I can view Pics from my digital camera's SD card on a Mac without having to actually copy them to my computer, is there any app out there that will let me view my iPhone pics without importing them.

    The short answer is yes.
Connect your iPhone to your computer.
    Open Image Capture application.
Click on the 4 little squares at bottom to view them as photos, not a list.
Select the photos them click the No Entry icon at bottom to delete.

  • Acrobat 8 standard  - Removing pictures from PDF files

I hope this is an easy one to answer but I'm having troubles removing pictures from a PDF file and I need some help, can anyone answer please?

If standard has the Object touchup tool, you can select them and then delete them. I suspect that this may have the same problem as the redact tool as mentioned by graffiti.

    hi
Trying to transfer pictures from device to BB desktop pictures but not connecting.
seems i was able to back up.
downloaded new software to desktop while BB was connected vis USA to computer.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Well the new Desktop Manager can ONLY sync up with a Media Card. You would need to download Desktop Manager 4 with Roxio Media Manager to access the device memory.

  • How to remove pictures from ipad

How do you remove pictures from an ipad2

Pictures received on the iPad by email or copied to the iPad from the web or taken with the iPads camera can be deleted by using the trash can icon when in the Photo app.
Pictures that were copied to the iPad during a sync are removed by connecting your iPad to your computer, running iTunes and deselecting the photos albums you no long want. To remove individual photos delete them from the album they are in either in iPhoto on your Mac or from the photo folder they are in on your pc.
