HT201328 After restore the phone, I can't active it anymore. When connect to iTune error message "There is no SIM card installed in the iPhone you are attempting to activate."

I've a request to unlock my phone to Telstra and recive info for unlocked.
After that I restore the phone following the instruction: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5014.
I can't active my iPhone anymore. When connect to iTune, I got error message "There is no SIM card installed in the iPhone you are attempting to activate." even my SIM is working well
