HT201359 I have not received email to activate iTunes Store?

Setting up new iPad and when I tried to download app it asked me for card details for billing purpose I completed form and it said would receive email to verify ? Still waiting . How long do they take ?

    When getting this message basicly iTunes is seeing this as a new ID which has not been used on such device/OS in iTunes, follow the information provided.

    You copy them from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer.
    The iphone is not a backup/storage device.

    If you are not receiving the verification email from creating your iCloud account you may need to resend it. Also make sure you are checking your junk/spam folders. Please use the following article as a reference.

    I can't sign in to iCloud on my Mac due to an alert stating that my email address has not been verified.
    If you can't sign in due to the alert “Account not verified - Check your email for instructions for verifying your account”:
    Close and reopen iCloud preferences before attempting to sign in to iCloud again.
    If that does not resolve the issue, check your email folder and Junk folder for a verification email sent from Apple.
    If there is no verification email in your email folder or Junk folder, click the Resend Verification Email button in iCloud preferences.

    I have tried about ten times now to buy the student version of creative cloud, but every time I do, I'm told that I will be sent an email within the next business day. I have not yet received an email. I have checked multiple times - all the information I entered is correct, and the email was not sent to my spam, etc, etc. Any suggestions for what my next step should be would be greatly appreciated! I really need CC for my classes, and my free trials have expired.

  • Have not been able to access Itunes store since 11 update (windows 7)

    I'm not getting any error messages. Whenever I attempt to log in, it just continuously says "Accessing iTunes Store". I've re-installed it, made sure the firewalls aren't blocking it and it still isn't working. It's only been happening since I updated to iTunes 11.

    This usually is caused by third party security software. It may have allowed the older version of iTunes connect but it now sees the newer version as different software and needs to allow access.

    You open the manage account and resend the verification email? Please also check your email filters to make sure it did not get stuck in spam.

    I have not received emails on my Sprint Galaxy S3 since yesterday morning. I can send but not receive. I have matched my settings to the phone from my Thunderbird account. I thought I had everything synced. Sprint told me there may have been a change in server settings from Thunderbird but I never received any notification from Thunderbird. I am at a loss and not very good at this so any help will be appreciated.

    Thunderbird is not an email provider. It has no servers to have settings to be changed. It is email client software just like the one you have on your phone. You would need to get the correct server settings from your email provider and set your phone to use them correctly.
    Too bad that the "helpless desk" at Sprint is not smart enough to know that.
    Thunderbird software does not run on any mobile phones so troubleshooting your phone is outside the scope of this forum.
    One thought, is your email account set up as IMAP or POP?
    You really need an IMAP account if you are going to use multiple devices to check your email. If you use POP and have your computer set to remove the emails off the server then there are no messages left on the server of your email provider for the phone to download. IMAP email is server based and the messages are left on the server and remotely viewed by the remote devices.
