HT201365 I have 2 email accounts in my phone. After upgrading when I open email, both accounts are combined under "All Inboxes".How can I seperate them like they were before the upgrade.
I have 2 email accounts in my phone. A gmail acct and an Outlook acct. After upgrading to 7 there is only 1 inbox and it is titled "All Inboxes". This has combined both email accts into one list. How do I seperate the inboxes and be able to open each account seperate?
In Mail app, on the upper left side you will see <Mailboxes Click on that and you can select individual email acounts or choose to have them all in one.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Mail application is still there. All of my emails and folders are gone since iCloud. How can I get them back using Snow Leopard? Or can I? Do I have to wait for Mountain Lion?
I need to check a few other things...
Click on 'Mail' in the upper left corner next to the Apple ()
Click Preferences
Click the 'Accounts' tab
Make sure your iCloud account is highlighted in the column on the left.
In the account information section what does it say next to:
Incoming Mail Server?
Outgoing Mail Server?
Also, did you use MobileMe before the iCloud? -

I recently uploaded 10.8, but I have a number of VALUABLE old files which I can no longer read because "power PC applications are no longer supported. How can I retrieve them"?

Unfortunately you got caught up in the minor miracle of Rosetta. Originally licensed by Apple when it migrated from the PowerPC CPU platform that it had used from the mid-1990's until the Intel CPU platform in 2006, Rosetta allowed Mac users to continue to use their library of PPC software transparently in emulation.
However, Apple's license to continue to use this technology expired with new releases of OS X commencing with Lion (and now Mountain Lion). While educational efforts have been made over the last 6 years, the fact is that Rosetta was SO successful that many users were caught unaware UNTIL they upgraded to Lion or Mountain Lion.
Workarounds:
1. If your Mac will support it, restore OS X Snow Leopard;
2. If your Mac will support it, partition your hard drive or add an external hard drive and install Snow Leopard into it and use the "dual-boot" method to choose between your PPC software or Lion/Mt. Lion;
3. Upgrade to an Intel compatible versions of your software, or find alternatives that will open your data files;
3. Install Snow Leopard (with Rosetta) into Parallels:

The new itunes is slow and I can not see my musics anymore. How can I have my musics listed like they were before?
I have the same problem with new 11.0. Presentation of album data now seems scrambled in 'Album' screen. Instead of albums in alphabetical order with all album tracks I now get albums in the order of the Album Artist. Unless the album artist is EXACTLY the same, the tracks on any one album can be spread all over the screen (hopeless for compilations). Does anbody know how to get the Album screen to sort solely on the Album title?

Sign out of the Apple ID on the device in question, making sure to disable the Find My iDevice feature.
Sign in with the new Apple ID.
If the intent is to sell the device, simply restore as new after disabling the Find My iDevice and signing out. -
i just purchase the new iphone 4s. I also have an old ipod with a lot on songs which are not on my itunes becasue i didn't do a file transfer when i got my new computer a ew months ago. How can i add my songs from the old ipod to my itunes.

You are using the same Apple ID on all of them. If you want to share purchases, there is nothing that you can do about that. You have to use the same username and password in order to share purchased content.
Your option is to create a new Apple ID for two of the devices and lose the purchased content on those two devices.
