Just purchased a office jet 6500A Plus so that I can print from my iPhone and iPad. I can print form my iPhone but my iPad 2 tells me there is no air printer available. Why does one device recognize the air printer but the other device does not?
I have the 6500A without plus and it is with a LAN cable connected with my Router.
First make sure you have the latest printer firmware installed.
Next restart the printer and the Router.
I had the same. Problem but it went away after rebooting the Router. -

button is not active ( hot ).Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. I can AirPrint from my iMac and iPad but not my iPhone 5. Anything I need to do. Tried same article on all three to print.
You can stop new photos being automatically added to Photostream in iPhoto from iPhoto preferences > Photostream.

Yosemite does not recognize HP printer after upgrade. I can print from my iPhone, but not my 13" Macbook Air (2013)
Are others having the same problems?Try this. Worked for me.
- turn off your router
- turn off you Mac's after removing all available printers
- turn off all iDevices
- do a factory reset of your printer remove all cables min. 30 sec.
- turn on your router first
- ran the network set up wizard
- give your printer also a new name like "DeskJet 2015"
Something which you don't have used before.
- turn on your Mac's and add your printer
- turn on your iDevices at least.
Should work after these steps.
It worked for me including all iDevices.

i have just dowloaded the icloud control panel on my PC and i am am able to see everything that has been pushed to icloud from my ipad. However i cannot see my email. i can send from the computer using icloud, but i do not see any mail that is being received by my ipad, which is set up with my mail server. What haven't i checked lol?
turn your ipad off by holding the sleep wake button for 5 seconds and slide to turn off then turn it back on and the apps should be finished and if the apps didnt finish just redownload them

I'm not sure what you mean by the "music library" - are you looking in the Music app? Or the iTunes app (which is not the one to be looking in)?

Since upgrading to 10.8 I've had alot of issues burning DVD's. I've had the drive replaced and now I can burn from a new user account but not the old one. Is there any way of making the old one work?

Email it to yourself, then save the file and then see if you can convert it to MP3.

Thanks for the help.When pressing the sheep/wake button, the iPhone's screen is not turned off if on and does not turn on if off, and pressing and holding the sleep/wake or on/off button does not bring up slide to power off?
And you can't do a reset by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release?
If so and there is no change after restoring the iPhone with iTunes, make an appointment at an Apple store if there is one nearby since more than likely there is a hardware problem. -
I can download (from cloud) Adobe Lightroom 4 but it will not open - error 0x000007b
I can download, from Cloud, other Adobe products BUT when I download Lightroom 4 it will not open and gives an error message "This application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b).

Thank you for your reply. Other adobe apps are not a problem, i.e., Adobephotoshop, Adobe Acrobat Xi, etc. The version 3 that was initially purchased worked fine for several months and then reverted to the error message agove. When I purchased Cloud and downloaded LR4 the download was fine but again would not open. I have spent hours on the phone with tech help from India and it was a massive waste of time.... I ran a repair on Windows, downloaded 32bit version of LR3 and it seems to work some...could not find 32bit of LR4. I have installed and removed the program more than 10 times. I do not know what "event viewer" is nor where I would find it. Disappointed in the system and appalled with tech support. -
