HT201406 why is the touch on the bottom part of my screen not working all of a sudden on iphone 4s?

all of a sudden over night the bottom part of my screen does not react to touch i have moved the bottom row icons through itunes but this still doesnt allow me to use this section of the screen once im inside an app. such as banking?????????

Hey,
Anyone know what to do with regards to contacting Iphone aqout the phone bottom 1/4 of screen not working? The phone fell on a surface and not very hard and now the bottom of screen doesnt work.
I cant answer any calls or unlock the phone now.

You can't go directly from the Touch to the Shuffle, but if you can get the music into your itunes library on your computer, you'll be able to sync that music to the Shuffle no problem. Unless you have a company or school iPod, that profile was installed by an app you installed. It is likely that the app will no longer function when that date is reached. You can Google the name of the profile and that may provide some more information.

To get synced photos from an iPod to a computer you need a third-party program like TouchCopy or PhoneView.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Did you try everything here:
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows
Then try a different computer to help determine if yo have an IPod or computer problem.

Based upon your OP, I don't think Assistive Touch is what you want. For more info on AT, see p. 155 of the User Guide.
For your problem, try cleaning the screen and/or removing your screen protector. It's a long shot but quick and easy to do.
If still a problem, try restoring with your backup.
FYI, there is no adjustment for the touch screen sensitivity.

iPhone User Guide (For iOS 4.2 and 4.3 Software)
Then make an appointment at the Genius Bar. if it is defective, then they will replace.
