This is a known issue with Apple. I can't sent iMessages either...It' doesn't matter how many times I power down my phone, delete messages or disconnect from wifi...Very frustrating.

i have an ipod touch 5th gen and when connected to itunes i get a message saying itunes was unable to load data class information from sync services. reconnect or try again later. anyone got any ideas? i've tried most things on most forums but still no joy

My ipod jumps from one screen / app to another on it's own. Sometimes I can't unlock or even shut off. I've tried the reset, I've tried back up, even tried restoring to factory settings and is still having problem. Any ideas of what I can do.
When you still have the problem after restoring to factory defaults/new iPod then you very likely have a hardware problem and an appointment a th Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

i got a new iphone 4s on friday, people told me i needed to connect this to the itunes asap.
i have had a ipod for 4 years and had no problem connecting to itunes before.
at first my computer would not find the iphone so i looked up tips from apple and other internet sources ... after deleting temp files my computer picked up my iphone but itunes didnt... i kept getting a pop up when going on to itunes saying "this iphone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the itunes installer to remove itunes, then install itunes again.
So i did i did this serveral times and the pop still keeps coming up and everytime i reinstall itunes i have to delete temp files for my computer to pick my iphone up. i contacted apple and an adviser sent me a link to follow to delete itunes and other in a order which i did several times and still not worked.
i tried my iphone on my mums computer and it has picked it up but in my mums itunes i want my itunes as i have purchased many songs. now my ipod wont even register to itunes. i also get a pop up from windows saying Host process for windows services stopped working and was closed ... i ahve followed all the advice for that even a clear up on my computer and still nothing. you can even find apple mobile device anywhere on the computer tho my mobile is charging when plugged in. i have tried everything that apple reccomends anyone able to help

How can i seperate to i phones that have been synced together. I created two different Apple Id accounts but for instance my icloud purchase didnt go to the phone i needed it to go to
If you look at Settings > iCloud on each phone, is the Account different? The Apple ID listed there should control iCloud storage allocation. [I assume your "icloud purchase" was more storage capacity.]
The Apple ID is separately specified to control iMessage, iTunes and App Store purchases, etc. -

If these ads have a black border on one side with a square "Hide Ad" button with an 'X' in it, then you are infected with the Downlite adware, at least. You may have more than one piece of adware installed.
If the instructions in the Adware Removal Guide that Kappy referred you to are too tough to follow, that page also has a link to an Adware Removal Tool that will automatically remove Downlite and anything else for you. If you don't want to trust some app that a random guy online referred you to (which is perfectly understandable), the manual instructions will do the job just as well... you could always have a tech-savvy friend help you follow them. -
I can't get some song on my iphone they work off of the computer but they wont show up on my phone they are in the "on my iphone" section but they gray and have a gray dotted circle next to them i have tried every thing I just want them on my phone HELP!!!

my time capsule cannot connect to my system and I get an error msg -6753. I also get a clicking noise when I start up. I've tried every thing from re setting, un plugging and re setting but nothing works. Anybody have the same problem ?
A "clicking noise" is often a sign that a hard drive is malfunctioning. Suggest that you power down the device and take it to an Apple store to have them take a look, or contact Customer Service at Apple for instructions.
