Nothing, except "keep asking". Maybe you can return it.
In too many cases the "sellers who do not respond" stole the device.

If the device is jail broken - and the message is that the iPad is not eligible for the requested build - there are tons of articles on the internet that discuss how to fix the iPad. Use Google.

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone. -
My iPad4 switched off on it's own, and when I tried to reboot it, it gets stuck on the apple logo.(or sometimes a small loading whirlwind thingy) What should I do? Thanks

If you do not have a backup and iTunes will not let you backup now, unfortunately you will lose everything.
I'm not sure that I understand what you saying about iTunes not nothing the device being plugged in, but I iTunes does not see the device that is one of the reasons that you need to use recovery mode.
If you are running iTunes 11 and you cannot see the iPad under the devices heading because you can't see the sidebar - go to View>Show Sidebar at the top of the screen in iTunes. -
I bought a lot of songs off of itunes today and it is not downloading to my library what do i do?

I bought an ipad2 for Christmas, a small crack started near middle of the screen, I put a screen protector on but it spread the length of the screen. It is barely noticeable and everything else is fine. What can I do to get it fixed? Is it under warentee? The store I bought it from said call the apple store. I called the apple store and they said bring it in but store is a 80 minute drive and they might fix it for at least $200 more. I described what happened and employee said that was impossible or basically I am a liar. Any thoughts out there? I just find it hard to believe that with all iPads sold none have had an imperfection with the glass. Mean it still works but why do I neen to pay hundreds of dollars to fix this?
The technician apparently doesn't believe, or at least isn't sure, that the crack would have appeared without some sort of impact to the iPad. I have no way of knowing whether or not the crack in your device appeared spontaneously nor not, but what I believe really doesn't matter; it's what Apple believes, and if they believe that some damage occurred to the iPad, due to a drop, being hit, having something dropped on it, whatever, If you can't convince them that the crack occured spontaneously, then the problem will not be covered under warranty and you have to pay for the replacement. You can try going to the Apple Store, explaining the situation, and hope that the technician agrees that the problem wasn't due to user damage, but no one here can guarantee that. You'll just have to try.
And yes, sometimes people do lie. I'm not saying that you did, but the Apple technician has I'm sure heard a number of lies from people in similar situations.

I just bought a new Ipad Air 128gb w/verizon coverage. I definitely need a all proof case for it like the Lifeproof case I already have for my Ipad 4 w/retina display. Unfortunately I'm hearing Lifeproof hasnt come out with the Air case yet. Can anyone help me locate a company similar that will have that sort of case pls. thanks.I know Targus has one called Safeport with 3 levels of 'strong, stronger, strongest' but I couldn't find it specifically saying it accommodated the Air on their site. BUt it could be another brand for you to search for.

Hi, I work for a software development company that does iOS apps. Once iOS7 beta came out I downloaded it. Both my iPhone and iPad are not synchronized with the developer ID but my personal ID, however, my two devices where registered with the developer ID from my company.
Now I'm getting the activation error and have no idea what to do, as there are really no options.

My iPhone 5s battery needs replacement and I am not sure where to buy it from. I bought the phone when I was in USA but mow I am in my home country India and I am confused how to find an Apple Store in India so that I can get my phone repaired or battery replaced by them.
Waiting for suggestions.The Warranty on phones is not international. You will need to send the phone to someone in the US to start the replacement process (or repair), and when they receive the replacement (repaired device), they will need to send it back to you.

Not sure. It may also have never been reported to AT&T as stolen.
It won't really matter. The hardware ID of the phone is associated with the Apple ID and password of the person who originally activated it. That is association is stored on Apple's activation servers and only the original owner can remove the association as discussed in the article you were reading. Until that happens, the activation server will not reactivate the phone without the proper Apple ID and password being entered. -

If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for a previous owners Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative. You must contact the previous owner to get permission to use the device. If you cannot contact the previous owner return the device to where you bought it and get a refund. You will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.
