    Firstly, please turn off your Caps lock. It is considered shouting in forums.
    Secondly, please explain your exact issue and wheteher or not you can see your purchase in the App Store and if you are using the same Apple ID to reinstall it with as you used to purcase it with.

    If you purchased a serial number, then click on "License this Product". You will be asked to sign in with your Adobe ID/password and you will be asked for a serial number, or you might click on "I have a serial number".  Once you enter the serial number, it should be properly activated as a permanent license.

    Second time posting this, as the first apparently failed...
    I've been subscribing to the Unlimited US plan for a few years now, as all of my family and most of my friends live in various parts of the US. For some reason, today, when I went to renew my subscription (which expires in 6 days), I got the message, "You're not able to purchase this product in your region.". I've never had this problem from Prague before and I can't understand why I'm having it now.
    Is there some reason for this or is it just a glitch that will soon be corrected?

    I have one itunes account and I made an in app purchase to unlock a full game. The charges appear on my account but the game tells me "it doesn't look like you've purchased this product with this account", although it acknowledges that I already paid to unlock a full version. I tried redownloading the game, I tried syncing with itunes. I am not sure where to start next. Any help appreciated. Thanks

    I have the same Apple ID in the 3 devices, iPad mini, iPhone 4s and iPhone 5s. In the 2 first the app camera+ is installed, but it is the unique app that doesn't show up in my purchased items in the iPhone 5s. If I want it I have to buy again. I really didn't understand what happened that I can't install it free again.

    I was charged for an App that I wouldn't have ordered as I'm by no means, an artist.  The app was called "ArtRage," and I found it after reviewing my Checking Account, and have just seen it in my "Purchased from Apple" Apps.  I downloaded it, and after running it, it's something that maybe a third-grader would use (My youngest Daughter is 38) and there is no way I would have purchased this thing for $4.95!
    How can I rid myself of this charge?  I know I can stop it with my bank, but that does not alleviate the problem of someone possibly charging something else since they got away with this charge.  ... And yes, I have changed my AppleID Password!

    When I search the App Store on my iPad for ArtRage I see the $4.95 fee shown. If you downloaded the app you agreed to pay the fee. The only way to download the app would be to tap on the $4.95 button then confirm that you want to purchase the app. That completes the purchase. According to the App Store Terms of Service "You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase..." and "All sales of products are final." You can read the terms of service at this link:

    Hopefully you can get your money refunded.

    Check your iTunes purchase history (click your email address in the upper right corner in the iTunes App Store-> log in -> click Purchase History).  This gives you a comprehensive list of apps you've purchased.

    It sounds as if you purchased the app, but you also purchased some subscription within the app.  You say "Apple is charging monthly", but it's probably the app writer that is charging you monthly for some subscription you purchased within the app.  Contact the app vendor and tell them you want to stop the subscription.

    ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Most have restrictions in that you must be a current customer and have maintained service for a minimum period of time. Do yourself a favor, sell it and purchase a phone in India instead.

    You can't do anything. You have encountered the activation lock. Unless you have some sort of contact with the previous owner you have bought a very expensive paper weight.

    Are you certain you have enough memory left on your device to accommodate the app? Also, are you certain that an iOS 8-compatible version has been released by the developer? If the answer to both questions is "yes", then try downloading it via an iTunes sync.

    We are fellow users here on these public forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support - I've asked the hosts to remove your phone number from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
    Try logging out of your account on your phone by tapping on it at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and the log back in and see if they then show as free
