You won't be able to change the rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

Unable to change billing Country

I am trying to create a brand new subscription (first one for Live account) and I am currently visiting the UK. My Live account is Singapore based with Singapore being the defined country. When i logged into azure to setup an azure account it
pre-populates my information from my live id. What i didn't notice was that the Country was set to UK and NOT Singapore. Once i verified my phone number (my singapore phone number) I realised and wasn't able to use my Singapore CC in the billing
form. I am also unable to go back and change this.
Can you please help me change the country of my account in Azure to Singapore so that i can buy some subscriptions. I am unable to create a live account and i am not happy that your system doesn't allow end users to modify their country.

You can only change your country/region if you do not have an active subscription and you have never purchased a paid subscription. see

When you create a New Azure subscription, you should be able to choose the country within the setup.
I would recommend that you raise a Free Billing support ticket if you want to try and change an existing one

When I execute transaction VE01 for Intrastat and I run variant DK81 for Denmark, the destination country show in codes which is numbers but when I run variant DE80 for Germany, the destination country show in ISO country codes. I have a request to change the destination country appear in Denmark from numbers to the ISO country codes. I can't seemed to find any settings where I can amend this or is it a bug in the program as I tried with other variant countries like Italy and France, they too show the destination country in ISO country codes only. Appreciate if anyone could guide me what is the best solution to this issue.

It's strange because I can change my AppleID country without this message.
So what to do? Just try to do this again, but on another device. You may also erase cookies and history of your browser.
