If it really does not work, change your password here https://appleid.apple.com (Manage account) and try to add the account again. I hope it helps.

Do you not use the same Apple ID and password as you would use for your IPHONE, EMAIL and ITUNES?Where/how are you trying to replace it and what happens ? You should be able to log out of the currently logged in account for the stores by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and you should then be able to log in with a different account, and for icloud email via Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars to delete and then add an account.

I used to be able to track my daughter's iphone 4S on my iphone 4S, we use the same apple id and password. We both downloaded the new IO7 and I can not track her phone any longer. I do this as she is just starting to drive and I like to make sure she has reached her destination. Any help? Thanks.

I use my sisters iTunes to sync only music onto my phone. I have my own apple ID and have it set up in my settings but when there's an update to be done, my sisters apple ID appears and I can't change it. Any ideas?
You may have inadvertently synced an app to your phone that was purchased with her ID. That would trigger a prompt for her ID password when updating. If that's the case, you would need to delete it from your phone.

From what I've read to use home sharing the devices/computers all require the same Apple ID and password. My husbands iTunes is linked to his email/password and mine is my email/password. All apps are forever tied to the Apple ID that bought them. To stop your id from popping up, you need to delete the apps on his phone, and then repurchase them under his account.

Is this on your iPad or computer's iTunes ? If your iPad then tap on your id in Settigns > iTunes & App Store and log out of it and then log back in with the updated version of your account. If your computer's iTunes then you can sign out via the Store > Sign Out menu option and that will then change to Store > Sign In option

I'll ask my question differently. I have multiple devices and I sync them to my itunes account. For one of my devices, I gave it to a family member. I changed my itunes password and did not give it to the family member who has one of my devices. Will they be able to update applicable apps not having the new password?
Also, if that family member opens their own itunes account and purchase apps and sync the phone, will they lose all the apps that was purchased from my itunes account? -

We have two iPads. mine is the first one purchased. I opened iTunes to put some photos from the Mac to my wife's iPad. I plugged in my wife's iPad. Both ipads have the same apple id and password. iTunes synced everything from my iPad to my wife's iPad. Now we have two identical iPads looking like mine. Everything on her ipad seems gone and replaced with mine, all her recent holiday photos, emails, settings, etc etc seem gone.
