I recently restored my iphone. When i tried to set it back up, it will not accept my apple id password. Yet I can sign in the the apple store using the same apple id and password. How do i get my iphone to accept my apple id?

Close All Open Apps... Sigh Out of the Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

You should have been sycning them with your computer all along. Sync them from your computer back to the iphone.

I have purchased a new iPod Nano and have tried repeatedly to set it up but iTunes will not recognise it. I have 5 other devices connected to my itunes account so is this the problem and what can I do?
There is no 5 device limit. There is a 5 computer limit.

Wipe it clean and restore it. You should then be able to rename the iPod and set up an account with iTunes. I hope this helps!

but it will not shuffle the music, it will play the same song over and over, until I hit the
next song on the remote or do it manually. Does anybody have a solution?????Sounds like the repeat setting has been enabled. See your iPod's User Guide for information on how to turn it off.

Clearly I thought I was typing my Q in here, but it loaded into the headline.
The issue is my inability to sync songs (purchased from Amazon, and downloaded with Amazon Cloud Player) to my ipod 120G Classic.
21 songs (most recent, as I buy from time to time, but have never had this problem) will not sync to ipod, but will show up in Music files/library.
The error message is -50, and I did the step-by-step procedure to update the appleipod.bat file (?) with no success.
This problem never occured before.
I have restored the ipod to original settings, deleted and reinstalled the songs many times and now have hours and hours into trying to simply get some new songs onto my ipod...
HELP!!

The new update of iOS has wiped my calendar and contact how do I get this back?
Warning I do struggle with technology.........
When syncing with iCloud I loose all my calendar entries and contacts including birthdays and anniversaries, extremely annoyed as have just re entered all contact from previous downloads thefts thinking this were sorted before the new update of iOS it was working properly as downloading but leaving my entries there. Can someone inform me what I am doing wrong and how to get my info back.Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

iPhoto will not quit, nor will it allow my Macbook Pro to shut down because it thinks it is importing photos. There are none left to imort. I have tried turning off My Photostream, then turning it on again, and have watched all the pictures arrive, but it is still stuck on the same message. Has anyone any idea how to get around this please?

Firefox will not load the normal way (clicking on a link or running it from Run window or even running it in safe mode). It only runs if I dig down to the installed directory, right-click firefox.exe and select "Run inside Comodo Sandbox". I have Comodo Internet Security Suite installed but this does not happen with other programs. Do send in your suggestions. Re-install did not help.

Power off both your Mac and the Time Capsule and wait a few minutes
Power up the Time Capsule first, and let it run 2-3 minutes by itself
Power up the Mac next and let it run a full minute.
Go into Time Machine Preferences again and see if you can select the Time Capsule as a destination for Time Machine backups. Do this by first removing any existing disks for Time Machine. Click Add/Remove Disk and remove the existing disk that is set up. Then repeat to select and add the disk again.
If still no luck, open Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences
Locate the com.apple.TimeMachine.plist file and move it to the desktop
Then repeat the complete the entire procedure above to see starting at the top, to see if you can select the Time Capsule for Time Machine backups. -

I recently changed my appleid because of job change and so how to i get my iphone to change to the new ID? it seems like my option is to delete but I am concerned about loosing my current data.
Change it in "Settings > iCloud" for iCloud services like Mail, Contacts, Calendar (Press on "Delete Account" and then click on the button to keep the data on your device.)

My husband and I have the same itunes password. When I tried to set up a separate one for him, it said that his email address was used as a backup on my phone so it could not have its own address. Where do I go to remove his address as my backup address....thanks
