I don't want emails to "icloud account" appear on "Apple ID account". Is it possible? Can anybody help ? Thanks a lot.

I recently updated my primary email address associated with my Apple ID account.
Now when I go to App store on my iPad it still tries to login to the App store using the old email address I had associated with the account, and naturally my password doesn't work. I can't figure out how to tell my iPad to login using the updated email address.
So in effect I'm locked out of the app store and I currently have 26 updates waiting.
I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my IPad to iCloud with no luck.. However I cloud happens to show the correct/updated email address.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Did you change the email for the Apple ID or did you create a new Apple ID? A new Apple ID cannot be used with content that was bought using a different Apple ID.

If that AüpleID has been disabled for security reasons, you may not be able to access it. Then you need to give Apple Support a call: only they will be able to help you. See this webpage on how to contact Apple Support in your country: There are either telephone numbers given or an email form:

How can I find out what email is connected to my apple ID account

Trying to download an app onto my iphone but can't remember my password. tried to retrieve my password but nothing has been sent to my email. tried several times. is there anyway to see what email is connected to my apple ID account?
I've tried all of them but my wife set up my phone and I'm lost. (it's not going to her email address either)
help? I can't do anything with my phone without my apple ID password!

None of my email addresses. Which makes me think it was entered incorrectly originally.
When I tried to answer the security questions it asks my birthdate and then asks "answer your secret question"
I have no idea what that question is. Lol. Like I said, my wide set this up with me and neither of us can remember what question was asked. It was a year ago.
If I knew what email they sent my password to I could figure tho out and re set the password.

This is the intent of having multiple devices connected to the same icloud account - they are all kept in sync. If you don't want certain features kept in sync, then turn off the services on one device (Settings>icloud), but there is no option of that for messages.

Every iCloud and iMessage account is tied to an AppleID, so just use separate AppleIDs for those services and you each will have your own, private accounts for those services. You can both use a shared AppleID for purchased content from the iTunes and App stores if you wish.

If you mean you need to change your iCloud ID on your device (which looks like an email address), go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your device when you sign back in.
To avoid losing photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll (if not already there) before deleting the account. To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.

Cannot Log in on my apple ID account and email account using my mini ipad, need help please!!!

I have my situation using my mini ipad, lately I have noticed that I couldnt log in tru my email account and apple ID account. But if go surf through safari and log in within these two accounts it accepts and have no problem with it.
Everytime I try to log in from the settings it always says please check network connection and try again, but my broadband was perfectly working when I surf or use my different gadgets.
Please I need some advice what to do with my problem.

Everywhere I search on Apple's Support site says to sign in to iCloud using your "Apple ID," which I did. I've had my iTunes account for years (even migrated from the old AOL account system). It's the standard email+password that everyone is supposed to use.
My main question is how can I have a valid Apple ID and not an iCloud account--if the two are supposed to be linked?

I just got an iphone recently and I started my apple id using my gmail email address. I decided to change email from gmail to icloud so I setup an icloud email account and now I have two apple id accounts. All my primary information is in the gmail apple id account and i just want to merge the two together. I've tried changing the apple id on the main account to the icloud email, but it says it already exists. How can I merge these two accounts without deleting one or the other?

You can't merge iCloud accounts.
You could move all your calendars contacts etc over from the account you don't want to the one you do, it's not simple but about all I can suggest.

I changed my apple id email address to try jumpstart my account to send me a verification email for iCloud activation. It worked but now I cannot change back to my original email address. It says its in use.

I am writing this on behalf of a friend of mine. To understand my issue let me explain how it started. My friend has a apple ID with email address (lets call it) [email protected] when activating iCloud on her iPhone a email was sent to verify her account. This was not done and rendered the iCloud feature disabled due to not being activated. [email protected] is the correct email address and works. A form of troubleshooting I used the iForgot service to test if the email address was correct and mail flow from apple was working and it worked fine.
I logged into apple id to manage account and resend activation email for iCloud. this did not send the mail. I waited 48hrs but to no avail.
I decided to kickstart the account to force it to send to another email address by changing the primary email address from [email protected] to [email protected] it worked and I verified the address and iCloud is now active. However now I cannot change the primary email address back to [email protected] as it says its being used by another apple ID.
I then tried iForgot with the [email protected] email address, it says it sent a email to [email protected] but nothing arrived in [email protected] or [email protected]
I have this feeling the [email protected] is stuck I'm memory on my apple ID some how but can't get it to forget [email protected] so that I can use it as my primary email address again.
I have tried to log into iTunes with my original details [email protected] and password but says its incorrect.
any advices in this would be greatly appreciated.

The idea to jumpstart by change was not the smartest one, but gives you an opportunity to use that "temporary" account as permanent. You do not have a choice cause obviously despite you thinking that old account is no more -it does exist on Apple servers. And if you are unwilling to share your [email protected] with friend, just create one extra [email protected] for your friend. One suggestion - do not use gmail.
