The iTunes and iCloud accounts are different accounts, check that you are not both using the same iCloud account at settings > iCloud.

You may have an unwanted extension that is modifying sites (or the toolbar area). Try this:
Disable ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Does that flush the tab?
Please report back on anything suspicious you find so others can learn about its bad behavior. -
Can I Share music from iPhone to wife's iPod we both have different Apple ids, and if I do share music will all my photos be shared too?
Depends on what the source of the music is (iTunes purchases, ripped CDs, etc.), and whether you are syncing to iTunes on a computer. As for simply sharing music directly from the iPhone to the iPod, no, you cannot.

Within music Library can anyone please explain why after I select the option to sort 'Album by Artist' a number of tracks are being treated as separate albums? How can I fix this? I have tried to manually correct by 'drag and drop' individual tracks but that doesn't work. My music library includes a number of repeat album artwork images simply because not all tracks are being listed under the one album making my library more difficult to use than it should. Any advise would be appreciated.

We each have an iPhone 4. We each have our own iCloud accounts. We share many email accounts due to having several self-owned businesses. When I erase an email I don't need, it erases off of his phone. They are often emails he needs. I don't understand why this is happening- never been an issue before.
We never had this problem before, have had the same email accounts loaded on each iPhone for years. Now all of a sudden it's an issue. I'm disliking the new operating system more every day. First it was the maps, now this. So is there no solution? We each have our own clouds, so why are the emails disappearing? It's not like we are deleting from the actual sites. This is very frustrating, & we have limited technical background/experience but I am able to figure most things out.
I should be able to delete an email, which is downloaded to my phone, without it deleting off of his. And visa versa. Because if I go to yahoo.com or gmail from my laptop, they are still on the main sites. How do I "unlink"? I don't even see how they are doing this?! The settings do not indicate there is sharing between the devices. :( -
I am trying to use the voice memo to record. I find that the recording stops when a call or text comes in even though I've 1- put the phone on silent, 2- Put it in Do Not Disturb mode, 3- taken all apps out of the Notification Center.
Does anyone have any information on how to use this app more efficiently?putting the device in airplane mode will send all the calls to voicemail and you shouldnt get any texts until you turn the feature off

When I open a link in a new tab the browser's focus switches to the tab right beside the one in current use more often than it does the one just opened.
I would much prefer it to not switch to tabs automatically unless it is a blank tab being opened. The option "When I open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately" unchecked, yet it still switches to the tab right beside [adjacent] the current one, even if the newly opened tab is ten tabs away. It will stop for a while if I turn it on, save, then turn it back off, but returns after Firefox has been closed and reopened.Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I have a new i phone 5 nad my mail is now constantly downloading, how can i stop this?
I have changed my work phone from an I phone 4s to I Phone 5. When I go to my mail it is always downloading and starts downloading emails from 2009. It takes a hours to download all the old emails and it takes hours for new emails to come through.
Then frustratingly it will do the same process all over again.
I have changed very possible setting but with no success.
The email come from my works server and is a microsoft exchange email account.
Please can someone help as this is really making life complicated.Settings > Mail, Contacts, and Calendars > select the account > change the number of days to sync.

Earlier emails from this sender have been received in my inbox without a problem. I am not aware of changing any settings and puzzled why now this sender messages are deleted.

The first step in troubleshooting that may be to identify the tab or page involved, then try Firefox with only the newtab page and the problem page open.
IIRC Firefox is intended to continue streaming audio even if a tab does not have focus. That enables users to stream audio in the background whilst browsing. What you hear may be intended behaviour. -
How can I stop a download of a different apple Id's song?
I recently had to get a new ipod touch 4th gen, and I am now using a different computer as a companion to my iPod. I restored the iPod to the iCloud backup from the last one I had, and I was thoroughly satisfied, until a copy of Metric's Fantasies, which I never listened to anyway, prompted my iPod to ask me for another person's apple id. My macbook doesn't register it in the itunes library, and I can't delete it from my iPod. Am I screwed?
I forgot to say, the prompt will not go away; each time I press cancel, it comes back shortly thereafter.

Why are my text messages being erased after automatically after a 24HR period. I would like to have the option back to erase the history when I choose. This just started happening when my voicemail was fixed. How can I stop this? I have plenty of storage available on my Iphone 4S. It is 16 GB.

You probably activated the new phone will the old phone was still active. That would have linked the two numbers to iMessage. Go into iMessage and turn them off on each phone. Then turn iMessage on for your phone. When it activates, go into Settings>Messages>Send and Receive and see what numbers/email addresses are linked there. It should just be the current phone number and if desired, your Apple ID email address.
Then have the other person turn their iMessage back on and when it activates see if it now only brings their current phone number and again if desired Apple ID email address. -

There is no need to download anything to solve this problem.
You may have installed one or more of the common types of ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it. It's been reported that some variants of the "VSearch" malware block access to the page. If that happens, start in safe mode by holding down the shift key at the startup chime, then try again.
Back up all data before making any changes.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those. If Safari crashes on launch, skip that step and come back to it after you've done everything else.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, ask for further instructions.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. It may have come from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. You might also have downloaded it from an ad in a page on some other site. The ad would probably have included a large green button labeled "Download" or "Download Now" in white letters. In the Security & Privacy pane of System Preferences, select the General tab. The radio button marked Anywhere should not be selected. If it is, click the lock icon to unlock the settings, then select one of the other buttons. After that, don't ignore a warning that you are about to run or install an application from an unknown developer.
Still in System Preferences, open the App Store or Software Update pane and check the box marked
Install system data files and security updates (OS X 10.10 or later)
