You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions (I haven't got any so I can't check). If you can't find the charge or don't recognise it then you could contact iTunes Support and ask them for help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me, I recently restored my itouch 4th Gen and was then told to upgrade to itunes 10.6 now everytime I try and install itunes I get the following message, help please!

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
Vista instructions in the following document: Check your hard disk for errors
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -

hello i was wondering if someone could help me. i dont know if this is the right forum so im sorry if its not! my family computer recently got a virus and was gone for good. we got a new computer and i redownloaded itunes. i thought that all the music i had bought off itunes could be redownloaded. obviously its not that simple. is there any way i can get back my already purchased music? anyones help would be greatly appreciated. <3
Do you have the songs on an iPod? iTunes purchases can be transferred from an iPod to your new library. See info here:

If you don't have them on an iPod, your only option is to contact Apple and see if they will allow you to download the songs again. They are not obligated to do so, but some users report being allowed to. It doesn't hurt to ask. (And, please, be sure to backup your new library!) -
Hello, my name is brad and I recently had a voicemail app that I was using and now i got rid of it. But now my voicemail for the phone will not work. I tried to reset the network settings and nothing happened. I was wondering if you could help me out?
When you set up a voicemail redirection, usually you have to remove that redirection from the account that redirected it. Like Google Voice, if you activate Google Voice to receive your voicemail, you will have to log into voice.google.com to turn it off. If you contact your carrier, they can tell you exactly what program has taken over your voicemail functionality just in case you are stuck, but if you know the name of that App, I'm sure you will be able to figure it out. Hope this helps you out.

My friend gave me his old touch, however it won't sync with my new mac but it charges the itouch so i was wondering how i could sync it to my iTunes.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
Otherwise what happens when you try to sync? Note that you can only sync with one iTunes library/computer. If that is the problem you should go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase and content and setting and set up the iPod on you computer/iTunes library. One content on the iPod does not belong to you. -

Again, that's not a problem - if you purchase Mountain Lion through the App Store, it's been updated to 10.8.2 - and when there are other updates available, you can just download and install them as well.
Just go to the App Store and purchase and install ML. Then run Software Update (Apple menu) to see if there are any updates available for your machine. I keep my System Preferences>Software Update prefs set to check automatically -
Some people would rather check manually. No big deal, just buy it and install it.

I have plugged my phone in to check if its the cable but the cable is fine as my iphone synced up perfectly! wondering if anyone could help me out??

I have the serial and everything and i was wondering if i could somehow register it with icloud so i could track it, because it was stolen
IF you set up find my ipod on the ipod itsled BEFORE it was stolen AND it is on AND it is connected to wi-fi AND it has not been restored, then you may be able to find an approximate street address using find my ipod in icloud.
Otherwise there is no way to track it.
Change your passwords and report it to the police.
