  • 5 months of incorrect billing

    For 5 months I have been continually over charged.  Every month the same, 2 charges for BT SPort and BT Sport HD, of which BT Sport should be free and BT Sport HD I never ordered.  I am told time and time again they will address it and that someone will call me, but no one calls me and the following month it's groundhog day once more and the bill is sent grossly overcharged.  This last time, they even managed to give me an ex gratia payment for the issues, then continue them.
    I have cancelled my BT Direct Debit as, from what I understand, I do not have to pay an incorrect bill.  I have asked them to resolve this by checking my account for the last 5 months for over payments, as I have been forced to pay the bills by BT, despite them knowing they were incorrect.  However, this month I cracked, on the phone for 2.5 hours on Mothers Day, once more going over the bill in its minutae and I cancelled my Direct Debit.  I have advised BT that they have no legal right to demand payment for a bill they know is incorrect, so have asked for a correct bill to be sent, which they tell me they can't, that I have to pay and they'll correct it.  But they've been saying that for 5 months.
    Can someone put me in touch with customer complaints in the UK as, with all due respect, the Indians haven't fixed the issues with 5 stabds, so I want to be put in touch with the billing team in the UK.
    Can someone also advise as to the legality of refusing to pay incorrect bills?

  • Apps wont update due too incorrect billing information which is correct

    my ipad 2 will not update apps or download new apps. Keeps asking for billing info on my credit card and i enter it but its always incorrect.

    Try this:
    Settings > Store
    Tap your ID
    Sign out
    Sign back in and enter the billing information.
    Make sure the billing information you put into your iPad is EXACTLY the same as the billing information you put into your iTunes account on your computer.  Make sure the streeet address matches exactly.  For example, you might have said 1401 Rodney Road on your computer.  But you may enter 1401 Rodney Rd on your iPad.  It must match exactly. 

  • Post Credit to Customer against incorrect Bill

    I am facing a complicated situation.
    A utility customer has been billed for a particular period incorrectly.
    The billing docs for the installation have been generated and processed completely.
    After some time it is found that the customer was billed incorrectly and it needs to be credited.
    Under normal scenario, we take the bill and post a credit by reversing it using EA16 (Manual Billing), and it works fine.
    However, in our case, the Billing doc is archived and hence cannot be used in EA16.
    How can we credit the customer in such a case?

    Hi,
    Try to use EA16 without reference to the original billing document.
    So you would access the appropriate Rate category and quantity/price to be billed.
    If your requirements are more complex than that, post a direct FICA document using "Post document" transaction FPE1, and specify the consumption Quantity in the GL item entry screen (if you wish to enter the delta consumption).

    Hello. I have tried to use my visa gift card to purchase something from apple. However, the security code is not present, which I am aware of. When I typed in the correct security code, I discovered that there was not enough money in the card to complete the purchase anyway. Now, whenever I attempt to update my applications on my iPhone 3Gs, I am directed to the billing information from the previous purchase that did not work. How do I cancel the purchase and continue to update my applications?

    This happens for some apps. If you have a computer try to buy on it. Otherwise you will have to enter a credit card or some from of billing.

  • Incorrect billing/Payment happened for downloading an app.

    I have downloaded badoo app as it is a free app for Iphone  and after that I have done a top-up of Rs.490,but the amount of Rs.490 has been deducted twice.
    The Rs.490 amount has been charged twice,but I have received only the top-up amount of Rs.490/-

  • Problems with incorrect bill

    I have the broadband option 3 which is unlimited broadband and unlimited anytime calls. Checked my bill on Wednesday and i have been billed for phone usage during the week but not weekends. Spoke to an advisor and was told my bill would be credited within 24 hours. Surprise surprise no credit and they are still charging me for my calls during the week. I am so unhappy with BT's service so far and if i want to cancel i have to pay 310 pounds.
    Any help or advice would be appreciated as i feel im banging my head against a brick wall.

    I take these calls are clearly not charged in the package you have, ie less than an hour, to numbers included in your package?
    How have you checked that you are still being charged and haven't been credited? If its through the online system it won't change your bill but will show as a reduced outstanding amount.

  • Incorrect billing dates

    Hi Experts!
       This is my problem...generating an invoice document in transaction vf01, if the date selection is omitted and even when the Sales Order date is 02.02.2008 (just an example) the bill document generated has a date like this 27.08.2200. By other hand if the user types the date instead of selecting it, the problem is not present.
       Could you tell me where can I fix this?  I want the system to take by default the date on which the invoice is created. I've tried transactions vfp1, vtfl but they didn´t work. By te way, I have SAP ECC 5.
    Any kind of help will be appreciated,

    Hi Ruben,
    The problem is with one of the date data types in the copy routines. So please check in the copy routines between your delivery and invoice or sales order to invoice.
    If you still find that this problem still occuring while all routines are correct, then in the copy routine between delivery and sales order please get the billing date explicity copied from sales order to billing.

  • Poor service, incorrect billing, inability to get issue resolved.

    Upon my initial purchase of verizon package with dsl high speed internet and phone for only 34.99 per month my services were never installed.  After multiple calls I was told that there was an error that was unresolvable from withing Verizon due to some internal phone transfer problem.  The only resolution was for me to cancel my order and reorder the same service.  I did as told and was then told that I had to pay more for same package as that special had ended an hour earlier.  After much to do they agreed to give me the special and asked me to keep my equipement and not send it back as they would use that equipement instead of sending out a whole set of new equipement.
    I did as I was told.  Ater again FOUR call backs the technitian was able to finaly get the service to work.  Now they are sending me a bill saying I didn't send the equipement back.  I WAS TOLD TO KEEP THE EQUIPEMENT!!! The Verizon technitian installed THIS SAME EQUIPMENT!!!!   Now they are sendin a collection agency after me for the same equipement while collecting a monthly service fee for said same equipement. 
    I have called 6 times now and held for over 20 minutes each time and had to finally hang up each time.  After fighting with the ambiguas sight that does everything it can to avoid letting a customer chat with a person that can help me I finally get a person to chat with.  I was at work at the same time so I did not get back to the guy within a few moments and he cancelled the chat # 01041376694.   Now I can't get back into the chat.  THIS IS INSANE VERIZON!!! Do you understand that I am not just an unhappy customer; I am becoming a hostile customer to your organization as I will be telling everyone I know about this insanely poor service, billing and inability to get help. 
    Eventually your going to do this to enough customers and Verizon will be a shadow of what it once was.
    I know that I will probably not hear from anyone as I am now on hold for 10 minutes now waiting for a human to talk to.  Will probably have to hang up soon when a customer comes into office and yet again not have issue resolved.  Thinking about looking into legal options if your organization damages my credit from your collection agency antics.  Your choice verizon.  I don't even care if you just cancel all the service now.  But you mess with my credit and I will seek all legal rememdy.

  • BT Sport incorrect billing - help!!!

    I signed up for the BT Sport add-on for Sky on 10 July.  I have phone and broadband with Plusnet (which is owned by BT).  I was told that payments would be taken retrospectively.
    Yesterday BT took £18.10 from my account, which bears no relation to either the £15 sign-up or the £12 monthly payment.  It also predates the availability of the service.
    Can anyone explain?  I've got absolutely nowhere with the (Indian?) call centre.

    The BT Sport channels launch on Aug 1st at 6pm, but BT don't seem to be charging for that partial day. My latest BT bill contains an advance charge for BT Sport from Aug 2nd (plus a matching credit). BT have always charged me in advance for the fixed price services.
    For eight days advance charge it would be 8/31 * £12 = £3.0967 which I assume they would round up to £3.10. Add the £15 activation fee and you would get £18.10.
    So my guess is they have charged you in advance for Aug 2nd to Aug 9th because your next bill date is Aug 10th?
