I would really like to keep my iPhone 6, without spending any more money on fixing it. Anyone know how to unlock it?

Unless you get the seller to unlock it for you then you're out of luck. The phone is a brick and useless.

So you bought a plan and used it all and want another one for free? I understand you thought it had more texts or whatnot but they won't do that since you already used the other plan.
That's like going to McDonalds and ordering a double cheeseburger, them giving you a double cheeseburger, you eating it and then realizing you wanted a double quarter pounder and expecting them to give it to you free.

How do I find out what the Apple ID was to set up my iphone?

I reset my iPhone 4S and when I went to reset it up, it asks for my Apple ID that was used to set up the phone. I have 2 Apple ID's and have used both, changed passwords dozens of times and the phone still won't accept my apple ID's. It tells me with the Apple ID's are not correct or the passwords are not correct. It shows an Apple ID in the paragraph on the Activate iPhone page but that does not correspond (the number of dots and letters given) with anything I use. Any help would be appreciated.

I used the phone for about a month with no problems at all, even had my apple ID in the icloud and everything... well ios 7.0.6 came out and I used my computer to restore the phone, because I feel that the cord and computer gives it a better restore, it did great no problems, and when it went to the part where I went to activate the phone, I get a enter your apple id and password to complete activation... Wait... why is this up i thought, I thought I did everything like I suppose to to succesfully switch it to me, the new owner... but now its asking for some C******@yahoo.com.... I only have @gmail.com emails and none start with a C... The guy sold me the phone because he was switching to Verizon, and I tried to call him, and now the number is disconnected... I guess he switched to Verizon with a new number... Now im stuck with a paperweight that costed me $200.00... What can I do at this point... Please help me... The only solution is to erase the apps and purchase them through your own iTunes Store account. You have no legal right to those apps - the license is not tranferrable - and cannot in any case update them without the orginal purchaser's Apple ID.

You can't get the phone working without the correct password, because the previous owner activated Find My iPhone and Activation Lock. In order to unlock the phone you would have to ocntact the previos owner of the phone. Unfortunately, this is the only way to get it working again.

IF it is a manufacturing defect and you bought the device from Apple or an authorized Apple retailer, then take it into Apple.

Sorry... But... The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.
If you cannot get this information from the seller

You need to return the Device for a refund, as you will not be able to re-activate it.
There is No Workaroud for Activation Lock.

Try this:
Open the "Find my iPhone" app on your iPad, fill in your AppleID and password at the start up screen, and you should see a list of all your devices and their current location, if connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile data network. Devices not connected will be shown as "offline". But you can still trap on the icon and hit "erase iPhone" in the right hand window.
If your iPhone is not listed, you did not activate this feature during the setup of the phone and it can't be erased remotely.
If the phone is listed, even as offline, tap on "erase" to send the erase command. The next time your device will be connected to any kind of network, the content will be erased.

Back from where?
You choose to not copy them off to a computer as they are designed to be.
If they are no longer showing in iCloud, they are gone.
