Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

Cant seem to sync my Iphone how I want it to be. Please help...
I've tried to sync my phone and cant seem to get this right. I had an old Iphone which I had to change. I used to sync before with Entouarage. I'm using know ical and Address book.
When I first coneceted my new iphone, I was prompet to new iphone or restore with old phone, I did a restore.
The problem is that I cant seem to be able to sync my phone with address book, I erased all of my contacts in Entouarage, clicked in the itunes all contacts, synced and all my contacts in my iphone were erased. I imported back all of my contacts to Entouarage, synced and have all my contacts bac.
What I'm I supposed to do, to sync all my contacs from address book since all of my updated info is there?
Ive deleted sync history, I sync and get duplicated contact in my iphone then.
This is frustrating for me. Please help!!Hi Beatriz, by restoring your new iPhone from backup and using Address Book instead of Entourage, you may be confusing the sync process, as the backed up restore data is probably thinking it is from Entourage and not Address Book. Then you change ships and sync to Address Book, so even though the ultimate data of your contacts is the same, the iphone and Address Book think they are different, as they weren't yet synced with each other.
What I would try is to import all your Contacts into Address Book from Entourage. When you are satisfied with that data, I would quit the applications and log out. Log back in.
I would then restore your iPhone, to the point of deleting all data on it, and starting fresh.
I would next sync your iphone, selecting the replace all Contacts on iPhone option.

I am trying to reset my security passwords because i have forgotten them. i have read other articles but i still can not seem to figure out how to change these passwords.
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

An app is considered to be installed if it shows up in a Spotlight search of local volumes. Bring up a search window in the Finder by pressing the key combination command-F. Search This Mac for the name of the application. Is it found?

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -

Did you go on-line and fix your billing information? You probably need to do this from iTunes on your computer, not your phone.

You can select this option regardless of your project’s duration (up to 2 hours of video for a single-layer disc and 4 hours for a double-layer disc). Because Professional Quality encoding is time-consuming (requiring about twice as much time to encode a project as the High Quality option, for example) choose it only if you are not concerned abo
In both cases the maximum length includes titles, transitions and effects etc. Allow about 15 minutes for these.
You can use the amount of video in your project as a rough determination of which method to choose. If your project has an hour or less of video (for a single-layer disc), choose Best Performance. If it has between 1 and 2 hours of video (for a single-layer disc), choose High Quality. It sounds like the device drivers for your iPhone are working in Windows, but the phone is not showing in iTunes. You should be able to get that showing again with the steps in this article:

1. Update iTunes
Check that you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your computer. In iTunes, select "Check for updates" in the Help menu.
2. Check the USB cable
Verify that the 30-pin to USB cable or Lightning Connector to USB cable is free of debris and not damaged. If another cable is available, test with that cable instead.
USB cables that are bundled with third-party products or accessories might support only charging those products (and not transmitting data) or they might work only with the product with which they were sold. Using one of these cables to sync could cause issues. If you are using a third-party case, such as an extended battery pack, try removing the case and connecting the Apple-supplied USB cable directly to your device.
3. Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is installed
iOS devices require Apple Mobile Device Support, which should be automatically installed with iTunes. To verify whether it is installed, follow the steps appropriate for your Windows operating system below.
Windows XP: Click Start and choose Control Panel. Open the "Add or Remove Programs" control panel and verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is visible in the list of currently installed programs.
Windows Vista and Windows 7: Click Start and choose Control Panel. Click "Uninstall a program" (or if using Windows Vista's Classic View of the Control Panel, click "Programs and Features"). Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is visible in the list of currently installed programs.
Windows 8: Move the cursor to the upper right corner, click the magnifying glass, type Control Panel,and press Return. Click "Uninstall a program". Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is visible in the list of currently installed programs.
