Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.
2. Select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data...
and confirm. Test.
3. If the above steps don't resolve the problem, please describe it in more detail.

That error normally refers to an ssl cert error. Does the cert for that particular node use ssl3? [http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/flexsys/information/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.acc.8731.doc%2Ftroubleshooting_mobile_system_management_app.html] or is it different from the others?
Manage the stored cert from the Pafe Info (right click) Security > View Certificate.

Can I load the previous version of Firefox instead, it worked with a site I need and 4.0 does not?

It should work, but it's an unmitigated mess. Simplest is to boot into recovery mode and reinstall the OS.

Your iPhone was hacked or jailbroken before and through the update it locks back to the original carrier. Only the original carrier can unlock the iPhone. You have to contact them and find out what the procedure you needs to follow.

That would be it. Sometimes you can tweak the album & artist names enough for iTunes to download matching art from the store, or you could add a bonus track featuring 1 second of silence and attach artwork to that, or you could convert the files to Apple Lossless.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
