You may also want to reset your network settings:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Note: this will delete any network related settings (saved Wi-Fi passwords, etc), it will not erase any content from your device.

Ios7 has many bugs where and how do I efficiently log them
iOS 7 has rendered my iPad an unproductive and often not functioning anymore on standard simple functions is apple aware of this and if so can we get some communication on how this will be fixed or do I need to return my iPad to the company

I am trying to use my apple ID for FaceTime but when I try to log in it keeps saying my password is incorrect. Even when I change the password it still says the same thing. I have changed my password three times and do not wish to do so a fourth time if I can help it. Thank you.

When install iTunes 11.1.4 It says Apple Mobile Device Service service will not start. It was started when I began the installation. Is this an Apple software bug?

I have installed iOS7 on my iPhone4. I am able to add/edit contacts by clicking the "contact" icon. But when I am trying to do the same after clicking the "phone" icon, it is not displaying the keypad. I believe it is a bug in iOS7.

Safari will no longer open. It just goes back to my desktop. When I right click on the safari icon in my dashboard it says it is open. I was using firefox until I could find a fix for safari. I made the mistake of changing my default search to firebox later for convenience and now I can't open my system preference or many safari or apple linked files. Some of my emails from trusted sites won't open and does the same thing.
I upgraded my original system from 10.4.11 to I believe 10.6. something about a year or so ago. I thought about re installing my safari app but when I go to open anything connected to safari my screen goes back to the desktop. I cant open any files that I have on my desktop that I set up through safari, like my banking program. Prior to changing system preference to safari default I was able to open those files and now I can't get into change it back. Can you guide me through this?

System Preferences or Safari Preferences?
Do a backup.
Quit the application.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist. Move the .plist to your desktop.
Restart the computer, open the application and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the application is the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer one. -
Why when I try to log in using my Apple ID that it comes up as incorrect even though I know it isn't. After several attempts I was asked to select a new password after correctly answering required security questions my new password was excepted. Guess what, when I tried to log in again using new password I received the same message telling me my ID/Password again was incorrect. I have only had this IPad a few months & this is the 3 rd time I have been forced to change the password. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

JaniceIt sounds like you have a a password-protected PDF. The password was set by the person who encoded it.

I created a new Apple ID for iCloud on my iPhone, but I can't seem to find a way to "sign out" or "log out" of that Apple ID (for iCloud) to sign in with another Apple ID. The only account login I could change was the Store.

Hi maggieanntb, your sister's Apple ID came up because an app(s) was downloaded using her account. To prevent that from happening, you would have to delete the app(s) that were downloaded on her's, and re-download them using your own Apple ID.

At 3AM, there was one attempt at entering my AppleID password, which failed per the email message. A few seconds later, a second attempt failed and the email message from Apple was that it was probably a mistake caused by someone entering a wrong keystroke when trying to enter their own password. Well,, a few seconds later, the message was that I had successfully changed my password. Great.
Yes, it was a full twelve hours later that I saw this, since 3AM is a perfect time to hijack anyone, and I did do what it said about changing my password. But I want to know how someone changed my password at 3AM and had total access to my whole computer. My security is the highest Apple has.
Mostly, that was the LAST email I've gotten. I can't bring email online. I can't do anything.
I am mostly computer ignorant, which is why my daughter made me get an Apple in the first place. I love Apple. Any ideas at all the damage done? This seems like a big hole in Apple email. I am absolutely sure no one knew the password because I used a sequence I have never told anyone. Even my ex-husband of 35 years would have no clue.

Those emails are critical.Well if someone got access to your AppleID, they didn't get access to your computer, however, there is some information such as you iCloud information that they may have gotten access to. If you changed your pasword back to something else, then they won't have access to it anymore either. I'm not sure what is going on though because I have been getting a lot of those emails on my work AppleID that I have to have for work because I need to keep their phone seperate from all of my personal equipment. It's just strange though that in the past few days I've been getting like 5 or 6 of those emails stating that an attempt was made to change my pasword a day.

Recharging my iPod shuffle (3rd gen.) on my 2009 iMac (OS 10.5.8) goes extremely slowly (via usb port at the back). This is mainly because recharging stops when my mac goes to sleep.
