Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

I ended up smashing my phone and could update all other stuff on restore but cant sync any music. It is all grey at the top of the screen. Ive re installed itunes and cleared all phone data. I'm having a similar problem. I had previously (over a year ago) purchased 2 episodes of Law & Order. Then about 2 months ago, I purchased the 3rd season of Sons of Anarchy. When I downloaded these episodes to my iPad, about a dozen full seasons of various shows popped up, too. No money was removed from my iTunes account & theses particular shows aren't in my iTunes library on my desktop. I've tried every which way to delete them from my ipad, but can't. I went to the Apple store & they suggested I contact expresslane.apple.com for help. I submitted my problem, via email Friday, as they asked, but have not received any response. I received a message on my iPhone saying that some charges could be applied due to activiation of iMessage. My question is: why have I been charged now, if I had already activated iMessage and I have been using it for more than a year.

FaceTime can run in the version of OS X that you currently have. To get Messageyou need Mountain Lion. The protocol used by Messages is iMeassage.
The question is does your MBP meet the specs for Mountain Lion.

The YouTube app is not included in iOS 6. You will either need to try one of the YouTube apps from the store (there is an iPhone optimised app from google, and other people have said that they are working on an iPad version), or try accessing the mobile version via Safari : http://m.youtube.com (you can create a home screen shortcut for the site)

What is your current iPhoto version, Anthony? And your MacOS X version? And what was the iPhoto version you upgraded from?

You say, you downloaded everything - did you download the Library upgrader? And did you install and run it? Was there any error message?
If your iPhoto library has been upgraded ny the upgrader, you should be able to upgrade it to your current iPhoto version by double clicking it to launch iPhoto on it. Have you tried that? What happens when you try?
One problem to check for - iPhoto may be unable to open your iPhoto library, if it is not on a dsk formatted MacOS X Extended (Journaled). Check the formatting of the drive with your iPhoto library.

After much back and forth drama, and the assistance of one awesome person at Apple, and also a great iTunes representitive, they have agreed to refund me.
I have not yet recieved the refund but will post here when I do.

Susan Meredith: You folks don't understand. Most of us are very excited at the new "bells and whistles" that Adobe has introduced and in the past we've been able to QUICKLY update to the new version. We haven't had to uninstall anything to get the new. We are all working and have deadlines. This is A HARDSHIP ON ADOBE'S USERS AND THEY NEED TO FIX IT ON THAT END. Or give up some monthly fees.
Susan Meredith: There are many ways to uninstall. I can do it through "CleanMyMac". But now I don't trust that Adobe's programs will actually download and then I'm in trouble...and out of business.
