I have some kind f software loop going on that has locked me out of my iPhone 5. Help!

This blue ring moves every time I touch the screen. Siri is working but can't help/ find what to turn off. I have used Siri to make calls and send emails but can't use the touch screen

try moisturising your finger a bit if the skin is too dry it can give problems

HT4061 My lock button and home screen button has just stopped working, how do i fix this?

My lock and home screen button has just suddenly stopped working, i have looked on YouTube, unscrewed the back and tried the methods that work for other people but it hasn't worked.
Im not on contract, if it needs to go in for repair im sure it will be very expensive!

It's a hardware issue. If it's out of warranty, you can get it replaced but there's an out of warranty fee associated.

How do i change wallpaper - home screen and lock screen and view only the icons?

Ever since I uploaded iOS 7 I have somehow changed the wallpaper from the locked screen and home page. Currently it is set on both (lock and home screen) How do I change it back to be able to view the icons on my iPhone? Secondly I don't when I have IM either.

Setting wallpaper is done by going to Settings>Wallpapers and Brightness. I'm not sure exactly what you are asking about being able to view the icons. Is it possible you have more than 1 home screen and you are looking at an empty one. Try pressing the home button, what happens? Lastly, I don't know what your statement "I don't when I have IM either", is referring to, or what it means.

I would connect each device to a power source, and then reset them by holding the power button and the home button until they turn off.
If it keeps happening, I would put the devices in recovery mode and restore them with iTunes.

the iphone 4S has been in recovery mode for a long time and i have tried to press and hold the power and home buttons until the apple symbols comes on the screen again but it stay on the screen until the screen turns off and doesn't come back on to the home screen and have tried to sync with mac and doesn't do anything it does display the itunes and cable icons for a while but then goes back to the apple symbol and doers nothing what can I do to fix this and not loose what is on the phone at all?

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Slide up from the bottom of the Home screen to display the Control Panel. On the far right is the screen rotation lock icon. Click on that. It will display that the touch either locked or unlocked it.
