HT4061 My screen will not turn on at all. But i can still hear sounds from when i would hit the home button. How could i get my iPhone to turn on?

The screen to my phone will not turn on at all. I could hear the sound it makes when I do press on the home button. But the screen is not and will not respond and turn on. I plugged it in the charger to see if it'll do anything, but that didnt do anything. So I plugged it in the charger to my computer and even that didnt help with the situation. So how can I get my screen to turn on?

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...

Try Reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

In my experience car CD-players are more picky than home CD-players, when it comes to a certain combination of burner and CD-R brand.
My over 10 year old home CD-player plays every CD I burned, but my car CD-player rejects some brands.
From your first post I understand that burning CDs on your 'old' computer didn't give problems.
Maybe trying another well known brand (Sony or TDK) will solve the problem burning CDs with your 'new' computer.
Don't use cheap 'white-label' CD-Rs. They lead often to disappointment, when burning an audio CD.
Also don't use CD-RW and CD-Rs especially designated for music. The latter do cost more and often don't play on car CD-players.
The above is from my own experience and doesn't have to be a general experience.

Netflix and Youtube will not play on Firefox but I can still hear sound and can pause with the space bar. Works fine on Internet Explorer.

All of a sudden last night after Firefox restarted after an update I am no longer able to play Netflix or Youtube. I can hear the sounds from whatever I select to play but the browser is black and I can even pause using the space bar but no interaction with the cursor. Both Netflix and Youtube work fine on Internet Explorer... I tried updating plug ins, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling plug ins and I even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox itself but nothing has helped. Not sure what steps to take next...

My TC was working good until I unplugged it,and when I tried to plug it in again there was no light at all but I can still hear and feel that it does have power,I did do soft and hard reset but it's not working?any ideas?!

Unfortunately, you are likely describing an internal power supply issue on the TC.
The power supply has enough power to start up the hard drive.....that is the sound that you hear....but it is having problems starting up the router portion of the TC.
Try powering off the Time Capsule for 30 minutes or so, then try the start up again.
If you have the same issue, unfortunately the TC will likely need to be replaced since Apple does not offer repairs on Time Capsules.
If the TC is in warranty, take it to an Apple Store to let them have a look or contact Apple Support directly....Contact Apple for support and service
If the TC is out of warranty, but you have AppleCare in effect on one of your Macs, the TC might be covered as well. The rules are complex, so discuss with Apple.
If you can locate the model number on the bottom of the TC......starts with an "A" followed by four numbers......we may be able to provide a bit more info.

Can't delete favorites from face time. Hit the edit button at top of list, but can not delete. The red circles appear next to contact , but nothing happens when touch the delete button???

A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.

I do not have any experience with Final Cut, but if you have existing projects that you MUST access; then you are in need of a solution on your new iMac in Mountain Lion!
Unfortunately you got caught up in the minor miracle of Rosetta. Originally licensed by Apple when it migrated from the PowerPC CPU platform that it had used from the mid-1990's until the Intel CPU platform in 2006, Rosetta allowed Mac users to continue to use their library of PPC software transparently in emulation.
However, Apple's license to continue to use this technology expired with new releases of OS X commencing with Lion (and now Mountain Lion). While educational efforts have been made over the last 6 years, the fact is that Rosetta was SO successful that many users were caught unaware UNTIL they upgraded to Lion or Mountain Lion.
Workarounds:
1. Purchase a used Mac that will run Snow Leopard (with the optional Rosetta installed) and continue to run FCE on that Mac (you can actually use Screen Sharing with a "headless" used Snow Leopard Mac Mini and use the 27" screen from your iMac to view and work FCE in the Mac Mini environment);
2. Upgrade to an Intel compatible version of FCE and hope it converts your existing projects to its newer format correctly. There is much debate that the newer version of Final Cut are eliminating many needed features; for example Final Cut Pro X vs. Final Cut Pro 6 -- many users are staying with version 6;
3. Install Snow Leopard (with Rosetta) into Parallels and then install FCE in the Snow Leopard environment:

We won't know until you try the procedure. The reset will not affect the content of the iPod.

So when you triple tap the home button then it goes to negative colors, it is simple to go back. All you have to do is triple tab the home button again and it will go back if it doesnt then, go to Settings>General>Accessibility>And then switch off Invert Colors

Hi there, im also having this problem, i tried running most of the games on my system, and some that are considered "high end" games, are giving me the exact same problem, but other games are running and im able to message fine, i also got some friends to send me messages, and i can recieve messages perfectly, also i noticed moving the actual window around on the screen or just closing down skype also lags. I have 16GB of ram and 4.4Ghz Octa-Core CPU, i checked my load while on the high end games and it there was more than enough hardware usage left like normal for skype to run, and skype wasnt taking any extra up than before. I also checked by bandwidth and i was having no problems with that as skype would lag even on offline games.
I have tried re-installing under a different directory and still the same problem persists, this has only been a problem within the last 24hrs and i haven't installed any other programs that could affect this at the moment.
*UPDATE* I tried downgrading to an older version of skype, 6.3.0.107. Problem Still persists

Try plugging it it to see if the screen comes on. If not then you're screen is damaged.
