HT4528 Battery Life My iphone 5 loses battery life rapidly when used. IE calls, and apps anyone else with this problem? Is the battery bad?
My I phone battery dies very rapidly whenever phone is in use. It never did this before I am thinking the battery is bad. Does anyone else have or had this problem?

It started with the last update. I don't think it is just a battery change out problem since it will sometime run down to 1-3%.

I was going to suggest - Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings, but if you are restoring to factory settings, that should restore the settings back to factory defaults. But if you are restoring from a backup, after restoring to factory settings, try resetting all of the settings and see if that fixes it.

Since downloading ios 6 my iPhone 4 will not play itunes when docked - plays ok when not on dock. Has anyone else had this problem?
At least I'm not the only one with the issue. I was looking it up so see if others had the same problem and found a bunch of posts about it. I'm assuming it's not the phone then, it's the software. Should I bring it to the Apple Store? Replacing the phone seems stupid, because the phone isn't really the problem. It's the software! Maybe the iOS 5.0.2 will fix it??? I don't really want to wait though, it's a pain. If a lot of people have this issue it should get Apple's attention. They need to do something to fix it, ASAP!

ITunes freezes when I connect my iPhone... Anyone else with this problem?
I just updated to the latest version of iTunes and I tried to connect my iPhone 4 this evening and it just kept freezing. It wouldn't do anything.. As soon as I disconnected the phone from the computer the iPhone screen popped up like it normally does, but of course I couldn't do anything because the phone was unplugged. Someone please help if you have any insight into this. Thanks!!

I am not receiving calls or messages on my new iPhone unless I make a call first, this is when I have full service.
Try resetting your network settings, go to settings, general, reset , reset network settings, Then reset your phone also, hold the home and off button down until the apple symbol comes up, then release. See if that solves it first.

IPhone 4s won't turn of just reboots unless it is charging anyone else have this problem
Recently I tried to turn off my iPhone 4s because I was in a meeting and I noticed that it just rebooted, so I tried again and again and it just kept rebooting and wouldn't turn off. The only way it will turn off is if I have it charging then it will shut off. Is this normal?
I'm having the same issue.... Any update on this?

It doesn't matter what you want. You will be given a replacement phone and whatever iOS is on the phone from the factory is what you will get. You don't get a choice. iOS 6.1.3 has been out for quite a while; it is VERY likely your new phone will have this version of iOS.

My new IPad mini has poor wifi reception. It goes in and out. My IPod, Iphone4, Ipad1 and Ipad2 work fine. What can I do? Does anyone else have this problem?
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

I haven't touched my Iphone 5c for an hour besides a few texts and it as dropped its battery life by 20% I also took it off the charger (at three in the morning) at 90% and woke up to a 70% battery life. I got this phone yesterday and let it die and recharge like you are supposed too, I think it is a bad battery but I am wondering as anyone else had this problem before? I want to know if I should be taking this back or not? Also while charging last night the phone got very hot which is also very concerning.

Location services is NOT running all the time, only when the arrow appears in the message bar. It is not a major consumer of power unless you are actively using it (such as using the Maps app), and even then it is a minor factor in battery life; loading maps is the big user of power in the Maps app. And turning off Location Services defeats Find my iPhone.
There are only 2 heavy battery consumers, cellular data and interactive games. Everything else (bluetooth, location services, WiFi, etc) are tiny in comparison to these and will not make a significant difference in battery life. -
