I am running Windows 7 64 bit ultimate and have the same problem. My hard drive crashed, installed a new one and then reinstalled CS5 extended. My daughter is all a registered user of the same product and she had no problems upgrading... we purchased ours each at the same time. I do know the difference is that I had to reinstall and she did not. If that means anything.

When mac email changed to icloud a while ago i lost all my emails and things i have an email subscription to send emails but they do not reach the email that i updated with the same address any help?
If you purchased about 2 years ago new I am sure it is a Intel iMac. To find out what type of iMac you have just click on the Apple menu item in the finder and select about this Mac. I would check the ISP mail site and get the correct outgoing mail server info.

I opened it this morning with no problems, went to my g-mail account, pulled up an e-mail, clicked to reply, typed my respons, but when I hit send, everything went completely blank.
I have no tabs, no menu bars... nothing but the firefox logo on the top left corner and the minimize, full screen/small screen, and close/x buttons on the top left corner... that's it.
I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but nothing works.
What now?Whoops... didn't see the update...
You say "could you see if you have the same addons installed." How do I do that, when I can't get it to open with anything but a blank screen?
I added Ghosery and Ad Block Plus... and also something similar to Ghosery, but I can't rememeber the name. I added that first... before Ghosery.
Anyway... if I completely uninstalled and then reinstalled, wouldn't I have to reinstall the add ons later?
And I did run a scan of my system with security software... it didn't find anything.
However, when I uninstalled, it uses a Firefox Uninstall Wizard... and in the wizard, there is an option to "Remove my Firefox personal data and customizations," but when you check that, it says, "This will permanently remove your bookmarks, saved passwords, cookies and customizations. You may wish to keep this information if you plan on installing another version of Firefox in the future."
I don't save passwords, don't care about the cookies, but the bookmarks took forever to collect, and I don't want to loose them.
Anyway to save or copy the more important bookmarks somewhere else?
Would clicking this option also remove the addons... and maybe that might take care of the possible malware problems that you're talking about? -
My XP machine is unable to load iTunes 10.5.1. It gets about halfway loaded then says it can't find Bonjour.msi. However, that file is on the computer. I tried loading the Bonjour.msi from another computer but it came up with the same message. I also tried to remove iTunes from the add/remove sector on Control Panel but it also refused for the same reason. Help, please.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

The missing apps could have been done by setting the Restrictions that can hid those apps. If the backup was made with those retrictions set the the Restrictions are also restored.
Thus, if you get it to work restore to factory settings/new iPod, not from backup

Please Help. I received 4 emails from 1 person with the same message heading. The emails were automatically grouped Apple Mail. I replied to the latest mail in the conversation. Once sent the other messages in the conversation disappeared. I NEED THEM BACK! They all had very important attachments. I have tried looking for them in deleted items, even though I didn't throw any of them away, still cant find them. Never had this problem before. I'm pretty sure its a setting somewhere. Also tried expanding all conversations, no luck. Searching for the mails under the sent email address, no luck.
I'm sure they are not deleted but have somehow been hidden by Mail. Very frustrating.

Kash.I have found found out what has happened. I had requested a statement dating back to April 2012 from a supplier. They replied back with the latest statementof 2013 only but used the same subject heading as the previous monthly statements. Apple Mail automatically grouped these and I thought that they were sent altogether. As soon as I replied to the last email all other the previous emails ungrouped from the conversation leaving me lost as to where they had gone. They were all still sitting in my inbox but no longer part of the trcked conversation. I searched under the subject heading and all individual mails were all still there. (feeling stupid - )

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

There is no such thing as an iPhone 's3'. There is a 3G which can only be updated to iOS 4.2.1 and a 3GS which can be updated to iOS 6.1.3.

after I reinstall Itunes, the message read "the file iTunes Library.it cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of itunes, i have tried with iTunes version 11.1, 10.1 and 9.1 still come up with the same message and will not open iTunes

i had a pop up on my screen saying i hadnt backed up in 4 weeks i hit ok and the pop up wont go away and now another with the same message has appeared and that wont go either, i cant unlock the ipad because of these and i dont think it's backing up properly either
HELP!!Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Hi all when I send a text to a contact (iphone4s) the contacts name changes to a phone number and the name is lost. I then have to resave it again, googled it but can't see anyone with the same issue, any ideas ?
There is another setting for "Start Conversation from", that needs to be set to phone number.

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?
