HT4623 I have an iPad 2 and am running iOS 5. It tells me that it is up to date but I want to run iOS 6. How do I do this?

How do I update to ios 6 on my iPad 2?
I am running iOS 5 and it tells me that it is up-to-date. I need iOS 6 to run afew apps that I would like to use.

Are you sure it isn't an 1st generation iPad?
If you have an iPad 2 you should be able to run iOS 6.1.3.
