I used the Find My I Phone and deleted it. I lost all of my pictures, videos, and WiFi. Is there a way that I can restore these?

So he had a spare iPhone and doesn't recongize the email address; well sorry sir but you have a very pretty brick....ask the seller for your money back as that phone is useful to neither him or you. It seems he may have just been trying to push a brick onto someone else and make it their problem.
Next time verify the phone is completley wiped out before handing over money. At least be happy you didn't spend one thousand dollars to buy two pieces of fruit.
