I have tried to downgrade myiCloud storage to the 5GB free plan but its been unsuccesfull, can someone help me PLEASE

Because Apple requires one in your account unless you initially setup the account without a credit card.
You ca create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

i can not downgrade my icloud backup volume to 5gb from 20gb. ı can check mark the 5gb option but ıt doesn't allows me to click "finish" button

I found the solution .,,,
1) click on your current plan and press done your payment details will appear .
2) the first section is your plan and there is a botton "change" click on it
3) it will take you back to the upgrade options
4) press on the downgrade options
5) choose the 5 GB and the done botton will be enabled
6) click on it you'll back to the step number 2 , here read carefully you'll see that your changes will take effect after the current plan expired with the date.

I just have some questions on the instructions. This is how I understand it:
1. I should uninstall BB desktop manager 5.01
2. Download 5.0.0.459
3. Do I completely install the old BB desktop manager, or just let it extract?
4. Done that
5. Loader.exe doesn't do anything. It just says "No Actions are required" and "Your device's software has been updated successfully"
But it still has the same version installed on the BB. What do I do?

No. You can leave DTM in place.

Since you won't have uninstalled it, this step is moot.

Since you never installed the device OS package (you only said that you downloaded it), you are likely still getting the prior installed OS package. Install the new (old, actually) OS package and then do these.

I NEED HELP WITH MY iCloud!!

I didn't know that if you do not backup from your phone the iCloud will not store anything and the while time I been syncing and backing up from my laptop thinking that was the way to do it until I got my 4S and went on iCloud and it said there was "No available backup" but now I know how to do so but all I want to backup on iCloud is my Contacts but when i go to select backup it's saying there's not enough space and that I need to purchase more space...is there anyway I can only backup my contacts and nothing else? I only have 110 contacts and I doubt that takes 5.2 GB...Can anyone help me?

If it doesn't have enough storage, try deleting some of your iCloud data so you have enough to fit within the 5GB plan. Then try downgrading.

I no longer have an iphone and I had upgraded my storage last year. I keep getting emails saying I'll be charged again for the storage I don't use anymore. Everything that shows you how to downgrade consists of using the settings on the phone. I'm not sure if there's a way to downgrade without using my phone. I have an ipod but it's old and I don't even use all the GB thats on it. Don't want to be charged to storage I don't use. I don't even have anything saved on to my icloud anymore. Need some help!

I need help resetting my iCloud email address. i have erased all y data to solve a bug problem. I re-entered my email incorrectly; putting hitmail instead hotmail.

Please help. I had clitch on my iphone. i was advised to reset my phone to factory settings. I successfully erased all the data. when i came to restore the software and back up data on to my phone I accidentally put the wrong email address whilst setting up my iCloud account. Instead putting in hotmail i put hitmail. I've tried to edit the email address, but I'm unable to. I've tried to erase the data again but I'm prompted to turn of the 'find my iphone' app. i can't do this because it ask for apple I'd; which I can't access because I've entered the wrong email.

Force it into recovery mode and restore it again, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808. Then set it up again using the correct address.

NEED HELP! Hacked iCloud and Apple ID

im on the computer and trying to access my apple id and icloud acct but the pages and everything else slows down or takes me to a different page.. earlier my phone has been locked out and i didnt do it. when i checked my information, i seen a ipod device that i never approved of... i just recently did a 2 step verification and turn on Find my Phone... i cant see anything in my iCloud emails either.... what can i do?

I had figured it out. when the URL pops up in the URL bar you will need to delete the first word which is BLOCKED from the URL address. Once that is complete you will sign in to apple to verify the sign in and your done.
