Why does is say purchaseable items too big for download every time I try to download an app?
Every time I try to download a game or app my iPhone says error message purchasable items too big for download. I even changed my billon information. Anyone know what the problem might be?
Connect your iPad to iTunes on your Mac/PC and then go to your iPad's summary window. Then click back up if you want to back up your iPad first. After that click restore. Later it will ask you if you want to setup the iPad as a new iPad. Select the option to setup your iPad with your latest back up.

Quicktime wont start & crashes every time i try to play a .mov file or open
I have been getting this error every time i try to launch Quicktime 7.65.17.80 or every time i try to run a .mov file. Here is the information that i get when getting this error. Also i have tried looking online for a solution to this and cant find one. I have also tried uninstalling it completely and then reinstalling it but that does not seem to help.

Head into your control panels and try to launch the QuickTime control panel. What error message do you get then? (Precise text please ... the information in the error message about where QuickTime thinks the QuickTime.cpl file lives can be of some help with diagnosing the nature of your problem.) -
I have a IPad Air and when I download any game from Big Fish the game will not open to play . I have tried everything to get the games to work - reboot, delete, restart my IPad everything. I can download games from other places like G5 games play fine. I have downloaded a game from big fish games but it won't run any tip's please / THANKS .
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select

from the menu bar.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard (command-C). Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

Hey , i'm using Iphone 3GS and when i'm playing a game called "Tower of Savior "it will quit to homepage by itself but others is normal. Anyone got solution?
Not sure but the possible problem can be that the game developers doesn't support 3GS models, thus the game is not optimized for your model. And the crashes are the result of too complex software for your model. Just my 0.02

My mid 2010 macbook pro keeps freezing/crashing every time I try and play a game. Any help?
Every time I try and play either WoW or The Sims, my mac goes to black screen, or black screen and repeating last second of noise it was playing. I haven't upgraded to Lion and am still using Snow Leopard(??). I am by no means the most tech savvy girl in the world, but would appreciate any help, as this is driving me insane!! Thanks!!!

Try closing out of Recently Used Apps. To do this, double click the Home button to bring up the list of Apps. Then tap your finger over one of them and then tap the red minus sign that appears in the upper right corner of each to remove them.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, try a hard reset. To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

For some reason I cannot uptade Modern Combat 4, every time I try upgrading an error message appears saying you cannot uptade since you do not own the major version of this software. I need to uptade to play online, any help would be appreciated.
