It's likely a hardware issue. The iOS will not directly cause this issue.

I just upgraded my iPhone4s to iOS7 and now I am unable to make phone calls and send/receive text messaes. Network signal indicator on the upper left side of the display shows hollow circles instead of full circles (but with the network provider name). I checked with my colleagues in the office who use the same network and theirs work just fine on iOS7. Any idea how to fix the problem?
I have also called my service provider and my service remains active in the network. I tried removing and reinserting my SIM but to no avail.

I even tried the iBrate app. I reset all the settings and it still doesn't work. Does anyone else face a vibration issue? It was working perfectly till the day before yesterday and got screwed after I upgraded it to 6.1.2.
I restored it and copied all the backed up data into the iPhone after the Restoration process and still it is in the same condition.

Yes, the error message is exactly like that ("Database error: failured to persist version")
No photos will import at all. I use USB to import from iPhone 5s or iPad 2.
About the difference? iPhoto and Photos . Are there two softwares?
I also will like to merge and/or synchronize all my photos I had saved to iCloud backups, Macbook Pro, iPhone 5s and iPad hard drives using iPhoto. It's call iPhoto library. At one point I turned off streaming.

I just got the iBooks update and that fixed the problem, except the book covers look like they were done in a government printing office.
