I have forgotten the answers to my security questions and want to download stories for my students!!! I have not had this problem with the other iPads I am in the care of. Please help me resolve this problem.

I can't remember the answers to my security questions. No rescue ID. I don't think that option was offered. The Apple Support website said that :
"If you decide not to provide a rescue email address, you can't reset your security questions and answers yourself later in the event you can't remember the answers to your questions. You'll need to contact iTunes Store support to have your questions and answers reset."
Apple support on the phone said she couldn't reset my questions until I got the answers right. She said she couldn't pass me on to anyone higher because she was as high as it gets.Click here and request assistance.

Under Contact Options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would like your security/challenge questions reset;

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
