That is not supported by Apple, once you move up in an iOS version you cannot downgrade. The files for the lower iOS are no longer available.

Assuming you are referring to your phone... the iTunes app cannot be deleted. Maybe it got restricted. Check under Settings > General > Restrictions. -

Chez moi, il y en a une kyrielle en dehors des dossiers standards parce que je renomme wxcvb.template quasiment tous mes documents Pages et wxcvb.nmbtemplate à peu près tous mes documents Numbers.
Ainsi, quand je travaille sur un document, je ne suis pas ralenti par Autosave.

Any help?What else have you done as far as troubleshooting? Try a reset, holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. See if that helps. The next step is a restore. You can check the iPhone manual which is available as a bookmark in Safari or can be downloaded as a book in iBooks for free.

If I have an apple ID for myself and my wife has just got a iPhone for the first time how can she get the same apps as I have for my iPhone and iPad by getting it off my iCloud?
She can't from iCloud without setting up your iCloud account on her phone. But just sync the same apps from your iTunes Library on your computer to her phone.
Your wife should setup her own iCloud account - which is separate to the iTunes Store accounts. -

I have added 2 new email accounts to my Imac. How do I get them to appear on my macbook pro and my iPhone. The computers are with maverick and the iPhone has the latest iOS 7.0.3. Thanks

iphone has been in recovery mode for 4 hours and hasn't come back to the home screen and how can i fix this and get it back to working order?
the iphone 4S has been in recovery mode for a long time and i have tried to press and hold the power and home buttons until the apple symbols comes on the screen again but it stay on the screen until the screen turns off and doesn't come back on to the home screen and have tried to sync with mac and doesn't do anything it does display the itunes and cable icons for a while but then goes back to the apple symbol and doers nothing what can I do to fix this and not loose what is on the phone at all?Hi, simonRM.

My iPhone has the correct Apple ID for everything BUT iCloud. How do I change that. Going through Settings shows the incorrect ID but it does not allow change.

Just one month before i bought iphone 5... but the iphone has the internet connectivity problem... while a iphone 4s is cathcing 3G tower, whereas iphone 5 is catching 2G network only.... I've tried so many things to get recovered, but alas, nothing is workable- such as- restaring the iphone, reseting the networks etc... Please help me out from this problem..
to be clear, my phone works fine when not in motion in a vehicle. If I pull over and come to a complete stop, remaining in the car, my phone works.
And while the phone is not working when I'm in motion, an internet search or a text message will go through, but I can not use Siri or any voice assistance when doing the text message or internet search. The microphone is greyed out.
So this is a unique issue, which appears to be the iPhone and not Verizon. -

Hold the home button and the Sleep/Wake button ignoring the slide to power off message until the phone turns off then you can repower it by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button for a few seconds until the apple logo appears.

I can upload photos and smaller size videos but when a video is 24 minutes long for instance, it doesn't upload at all from my iPhone to the PC. How do I upload these videos that are longer in length?
Are you using any software to import videos? Did you tried Picasa or you just open your iPhone from My Computer?

Can't change default block size in dbca
