HTML - DB Process on Quit an application

Question

Hi everybody,
I have a "Quit application" button, when I press this button it fires this
javascript:
javascript:window.close();
But, I have a process (...truncate_collection...) that is fired when I press my "Quit application" but it seems not to do it because the application is closing. How can I do it ?
Is there anybody can help me ?

I would imagine that that table will have a RI constraint to WWV_FLOW_COLLECTIONS that should depend on an existing session.
So I would suggest you have a look and see if the dbms_job that purges the old sessions is actually running (often enough).
Or if you want to do it manually. When a user logs off you could look at the possibility of having a before unload javascript function that does an ajax call to another application page to destory the collection.
