HTML presentation how to open url on the same page

I have a presentation in keynote that I exported in HTML; it works no problem.
What I want to do is to open a url embedded in the presentation on the same browser window, and not in a new tab so I can go back to the presentation with the browser point.
Help please!!!

I was wondering if there's an edit tom insert the "_self" command for links
place a shape on the slide to act as a button
right click the shape and select > add link
from the add link to dropdown menu: select web page
type in the URL
click open to test the link

Hello,
I have a webdynpro Java Application which is opened on the click of the iview which is created for it.....now i want to specify a URL for it which should open it in the same window.....rather than an external window.....how can i achieve the same...? how can i specify the URL in the Default Plug (event handler) of the Interface View Controller.....so that it opens up...

I am using window manager in order to open the window but is there a function for opening the window not as external window?

How to open BSP in the same window of WD?

Hi,
I have a WD that I would like to link to a BSP.
I added a link and put the relative path to the BSP.
Once I click on that link, the BSP is opened in a new window.
I want the BSP to open in the same window, replacing the WD.
I tried putting in the TARGET of the link: '_self', frame name and more but it does not work.
(BTW, I am trying to call SRMSUS BSP).
Any ideas?

How to open links in the same window, without changing preferences?

What I want to know is if there's a way to force a click on a link to open in the current window just one time, if the page was using target=_blank or other methods to open a new tab/window.
The context menu doesn't have an option for that, was hoping for a modifier key option or something, or perhaps a plugin that would add such an option.
I know there's an advanced pref to change the behaviour of clicking on links to control new tabs, windows, etc. I don't want to change the default, I just for certain links want to prevent the new tab on a one-up basis.
(currently on Firefox 30 for Mac)

Firefox actually doesn't have any built-in preference for overriding the target attribute. If you are on a site where you know the link is coded to open in a new tab, currently, the best workarounds are:
* drag and drop the link on the address bar
* right-click > Copy Link Location and then paste in the address bar
Neither is convenient...
You might be able to find an add-on for this. For example, Tab Mix Plus, Tab Utilities, and other multi-functional tab-related extensions might have an option to force links into the same tab. In a brief search, I saw one called TargetKiller that is more focused on this but recent reviews mention conflicts with other extensions. If this is a frequent pain point, you could search further on the add-ons site.

HTML DB form and reports in on the same Page

I have a form take input from the user and two reports (please see the URL and LINK).
If I click on the Staff report to populate the employee_no, name, and then click on the service report to populate the service_id, service name.
The problem is if populate the employee_no, name then it clear out the service_id, name and other fields. vice versa.
Why?

Sounds like you might be specifying Clear Cache for page in your column link attributes.
So, every time you click on the column link, it clears session state for items on the target page and then proceeds to set the items you specify in the column link itself.

How is setlinewidth changed on the same page?

We have our PostScript printer driver send a text file with some extra instructions. Among other things, this file establishes a custom "6 setlinewidth" mainly for fractional divider lines. The custom value is apparently reset to the default value of 1 with each new page, which is convenient. However, on some pages with such a line we also wish to a character to be drawn. The strokes used in drawing the character on those pages are set at a width of 6, but that is too black and too blurry for a character. The PS default setting of 1 would be appropriate, and we can see that it is on pages that don't have horizontal lines. The wordprocessing program allows printer commands and files to be sent anywhere on the page. My approach to getting a drawn character of default thickness was to insert the command before the character and, if need be for further lines on the page, after it. But a printer command of "1 setlinewidth" (or any other value) results merely in a gap being left for the character. What PS code will tell the character to be printed in the space left for it?

You are injecting some custom Postscript instruction in the middle of an existing stream, so it's no wonder you get mixed results. Anything you want to 'hide' from the main stream should be bracketed by
gsave

commands, exactly not to get the unwanted side-effects you are experiencing now.

How to make the new tabs to open the same URL as the startup page?

I was wondering if it's possible to configure the Firefox in such a way that the new tabs open exactly the same URL that is typed in the Options. I tried to set browser.newtab.url to about:home but it gives me Firefox Google custom page instead of the startup page that I've set in the Options. Another way I tried is to set the browser.newtab.url value in about:config to the same URL as the startup page URL, but then if I change the URL in the options the new tab URL is not changed. So the question is whether it's possible to make the Firefox read the URL that is used for the startup page and go there when opening a new tab.

How to make a link in a report open a Form in a different region of the same page ?

I developped a report and a form for the same table. I also created a link and used it in my report so that when I click on the link of one record, the form is opened and display this record.
My problem is that when I include my report as a portlet and I click on a link, the form is opened in full screen mode by replacing the page containing my report.
What should I do in order to open this form in another region of the same page ?

I presume that the two regions are working fine with their individual buttons and your issue is how to make them both save with one button.
Here is how
a. You will have 2 ApplyMRU and 1 ApplyMRD processes for each of the regions. Right? Lets say you have 2 "Save" (i.e. label=Save) buttons, one has name SUBMIT and the other SAVE ( SUBMIT and SAVE being the requests that will be sent when they are clicked , respectively)
b. Make the Display condition on one of the buttons 'Never'. Now it won't show when you run the page. Lets say you made SAVE's conditional Display 'Never'
c. Go and change the condition on all ApplyMRU and ApplyMRD processes from "When Button Pressed" to "Request is contains in Expression1". In Expression1 enter SUBMIT,SAVERegards
