sounds like you want to use htmldb_item.popupkey_from_query as opposed to htmldb_item.popup_from_query....
select htmldb_item.popupkey_from_query (1,deptno,'select dname, deptno from dept') dt from dept

I have an iPhone 5 with iOS 8.2 software.
My iPhone does not automatically switch off the display light when it is locked. Therefore, if I get an e-mail/text message/pop-up from other application, the light just stays on, which obviously drains my battery.
The problem just started yesterday, and it has been a couple of days since I updated the software, so I wouldn't think the software update is the problem.
I have tried restarting the phone (using home and lock button), but that did not work.
Something else that seems weird is that once in a while, a blue beam rolls over the screen from one side to the other. I don't know why it does this, and have no idea whether this is related to the display light issue.
I hope someone is able to help by telling me what to do in order to get my phone to act normal again.

The program is for replacement since Apple does not repair iDevices...you take your non-working or damaged iPhone to an Apple store genius bar, or send to Apple service, and they provide a refurbished unit as a replacement, for a fee, of course. You will have to talk with Apple to see if you get all components or just the iPhone replaced.
With AppleCare+ you can have two out-of-warranty replacements for a cost of $49 each. -

Tiger does not know what to do with some files
I have lots of old files that do not have extensions so Tiger does not know what to do with them, Get info displays the files as Unix Executable Files. Is there anything I can do to figure out what the files really are?

what happens? What version of iPhoto do you have? For Mavericks you must have iPhoto '11 version 9.5 - if you own any version of iPhoto '11 it is a free update - if you own a previous version then you must purchase iPhoto '11 in the App store

I would like to use my work exchange email on my macbook pro. But I cannot install it. I have no problem my work email on my iPhone or iPad. My work IT person does not know what is wrong. Why I try to set up the email I get the message that it cannot connect to this server.
Try going into System Prefereces then Mail, Cintacts & Calendars then click on the Microsoft Exchange link on the right. Type in your email address and password and allow it to set it up automatically.
Make sure your Mac is updated to the newest version of Mail.
If that still fails then I suggest you switch email clients. I don't care for the built in mail program. IMHO it is very buggy. -
my sons ipod is disabled from trying password to many times my usb port on my computer does not work. what else can i do to get this disabled off my sons ipod please help!!!
The only thing you can do is place the iPod in Recovery mode and restore via iTunes on a computer. It is a good security feature.

My Location/Search Bar has no memory. It does not remember what I type in it when I am doing Google Searches. I have had this problem for over a week now.
I guess I would call it the "Google.com" Web Site. It is the horizontal bar/box in the middle of the screen (not at the top). Whenever I would do a Google Search, whatever name I typed in that box would stay there until I manually deleted it. Now, nothing stays in that box. Can you figure out why?

I had to reinstalled windows xp on my PC and everytime I try to download itunes a message pops up saying "there is a problem with this windows installer package.
