Http interface with class

HI EXPRTS!
i am working on the Class which is the copy of CL_HTTP_EXT_CSIF
BUT I HAVE USED OPEN DATASET for Create,Get and delete comands. which is used to interface with HTTP.
when i execute the same with using Url i am geeting correct resules but when i try to create file using RSHTTP80/90/70/71 standerd reports its creating a file but giving a status as 500 internal server/time out error.
can you please tell me what might be the proble,.
answers will be rewarded

Problem solved. The key is that every ejbCreate method NEEDS ejbPostCreate iwth exactly the same signature.

  • Implementing DOM Interface with existing Java classes

    I had planned on using some tree-like Java classes as a Document Object Model, which would give me access to all sorts of XML and DOM tools like parsers and XSLT transformers. Initially, I thought all that would be neccessary is to implement all the DOM Interfaces in org.w3c.dom and then I would have a set of classes that conformed to DOM Level 1. It was my understanding that interfaces such as DOMImplementation and Document would interface with various XML tools, allowing creation of a class that implements Document and then Document would have its various factory methods that know how to create the various DOM nodes such as Element, Attr, Text, NamedNodeMap, NodeList, etc.
    The problem I'm seeing now is that the JAXP specification (which is what the latest Xerces and Xalan tools conform to) has something called a DocumentBuilder and DocumentBuilderFactory that appear to be necessary to tell the framework what type of class to instantiate that implements the Document DOM interface. Those appear to have a lot of methods that deal with parsing of XML documents and I didn't really want to write or even subclass any existing Parsers in order to get the functionality of traversing and transforming a set of classes that implement the DOM interface.
    Am I missing something here? Is it possible to plug in any (set of classes for) DOMImplementation and get them to work with the various DOM and XML tools out there?
    Is there an easier way to allow parts of an application access to internal data structures but have the more generic tools or APIs, such as XSL transformers, access that same set of classes as a DOM with the generic DOM interface methods?
    Can someone provide me with some guidance here? I'm in the process of finalizing some design on a system and need to know if this is possible or if I need to alter my design.
    Thanks.

    If I understand you correctly, I think I am working on a similar issue. I am unhappy with the methods given by the DOM for retrieving data from the XML file and for building a file. Our software has a bunch of code that uses these classes and it is extremely ugly. My solution was to create a facade on top of the DOM model. Essentially I have some simple classes that store all the pertinent info (for me) about the XML structure. Essentially that is the element or attribute name, its values and in the case of the element, it's children. This makes it easier for me to build and retreive the data. What I then built was a loader class and a builder class. The loader takes an XML file and parses it in using the DOM classes and builds a structure using my classes and returns the root element. The builder takes a root element and creates a DOM object out of it. This frees me of having to code around the DOM classes all over the place and makes it simple to upgrade our XML code if the DOM changes or a better DOM is released. I am using factories to facilitate this and allow me to have loaders for specific types of XML documents so that I can have a class for each which further simplifies the XML related tasks of other developers on my team.

  • When to use abstract classes instead of interfaces with extension methods in C#?

    "Abstract class" and "interface" are similar concepts, with interface being the more abstract of the two. One differentiating factor is that abstract classes provide method implementations for derived classes when needed. In C#, however,
    this differentiating factor has been reduced by the recent introduction of extension methods, which enable implementations to be provided for interface methods. Another differentiating factor is that a class can inherit only one abstract class (i.e., there
    is no multiple inheritance), but it can implement multiple interfaces. This makes interfaces less restrictive and more flexible. So, in C#, when should we use abstract classes
    instead of interfaces with extension methods?
    A notable example of the interface + extension method model is LINQ, where query functionality is provided for any type that implements IEnumerable via
    a multitude of extension methods.

    Hi
    Well I believe Interfaces have more uses in software design. You could decouple your component implementing against interfaces so that
    you have more flexibility on changing your code with less risk. Like Inversion of Control patterns where you can use interfaces and then when you decide you can change the concrete implementation that you want to use. Or other uses for interfaces is you could
    use Interceptors using interfaces (Unity
    Interceptor) to do different things where not all of these is feasible or at least as straightforward using abstract classes.

  • Dealing with abstract classes and interfaces with XMLBeans

    I'm quite new to XMLBeans and would like some help. I've got things working when
    you are only saving concreate classes as XML, but when it comes to clesses containing
    interfaces I am running into problems.
    I basically have a collection of XY objects (see below) that I want to save as
    XML.
    I want to convert the following java classes to an xml schema:
    public class XY{
    X x;
    Y y;
    public interface X{
    void setA(int a);
    int getA();
    public interface Y{
    void setB(int b);
    int getB();
    public class X1 implements X{
    void setA(int a);
    int getA();
    //other data to save
    public class X2 implements X{
    void setA(int a);
    int getA();
    //other data to save
    public class Y1 implements Y{
    void setB(int b);
    int getB();
    //other data to save
    public class Y2 implements Y{
    void setB(int b);
    int getB();
    //other data to save
    What would be the best way to convert these to XML Schema? I've looked through
    all the XMLBeans documentation, but it doesn't say anything about dealing with
    interfaces/abstract classes. Is there anywhere else to look?
    Thanks in advance,

    Anurag,
    What I really wanted was a work-around to using substiutionGroups as substitution
    groups are not supported in this release.
    I want to convert the following schema:
    <xsd:complexType name="PublicationType">

    </xsd:sequence>
    </xsd:complexType>
    <xsd:complexType name="BookType">

    <xsd:element name="Publisher" type="xsd:string"/>
    </xsd:sequence>
    </xsd:extension>
    </xsd:complexContent>
    </xsd:complexType>
    <xsd:complexType name="MagazineType">

    Hi any one help me.
    please make me clear what is the difference between abstarct class and
    iinterface

    I think Ive answered this question before but there are some things you cant do with a interface that you can do with a interface here is an example.
    class Controller{
        Integrer sync = new Integer(10);
        GuiDef guiDef = new GUIImpl(this);//Gui def is a interface That represents a
                                      //abstract User Interface
        abstract class SwingTheader extends Thread{
            public void run(){
                Synchronized(sync){
                    try{
                        process();
                    catch(MyCustomException mce){
                        guiDef.reportException(mce);
            public abstract void process()throws MyCustomException;
    }You can use this inner class to handle any time consuming process initiated by a swing component

    The concept of a makpandian can be summed up as the following: a simple-minded, java forum-goer who posts questions directly from his SCJP 6 study guide in hopes that forum members will give him a simple answer that he can correlate to a multiple-choice response. By doing this, the makpandian suspects that passing the SCJP 6 exam will become a tangible reality, thus enabling it to obtain a job in the public work sector (given the great significance of this type of certification in the makpandian's presumed country of origin (India, for those of you who aren't following along)).
    So how'd I do? Did I do a good job of explaining yourself?

  • Interface with multiple hard drives

    I am looking to buy a Mac Pro later this year, although want to learn about everything now, so I am well educated when I buy it ^^
    I was reading around http://macperformanceguide.com/Mac-LightingFast.html and it brought up a question. Right now I have a 170 GB MBP and a Time Capsule... If I were to get a Mac Pro with the proposed SSD Launch Drive and Hard Drive data drive, what would the interface be?  Would it be similar to the interface with a time capsule, with different hard drives listed in the finder window?  Or would it ask me to specify where to write?  Or would I manually choose a 'default write to' on all my applications?
    Thanks
    Ben

    Buy your own SSD, RAM and hard drives.
    Mercury Extreme Pro 6G SSD
    Mac Pro Memory
    There are 4 internal drive bays, get it stock, skip getting an apple branded SSD they tend to not be best of class. All drives have to be 3.5" SATA or use an adapter to fit the sleds.  Other than application preferences for where a media library is,  default location for documents, scratch, and of course you can put your /Users/myaccount on a data drive.
    My PCs have 1.2GB/sec of SATA bandwidth. Double the 600MB/sec that is shared by 4 SATA ports.

  • Sending MATMAS05 IDOC via XML-HTTP Interface (without XI)

    Dear all,
    I have to send the MATMAS05 IDOC via XML-SOAP-HTTP Interface to a subsystem. Sending works (the sub-system receives the SOAP-Request with the MATMAS05 as Body). So far so good. Now the SAP System is waiting for an answer (synchronous communication). How should this answer look like?
    We receive the Error EA390 "Problem with SOAP Class" - execute_processing: entry result table
    Can anybody give me a hint how the response should look like.
    Many thanks and best regards
    Roman

    Hello Sven,
    we find a solution. As far as I remember, there is a flag to send without waiting for answer (or technical better to not rely on SOAP standard).
    Look in WE21 and the XML_HTTP Port you use. Uncheck the "SOAP Protocol" flag. Then it should work.

  • Content Server HTTP interface

    We need to implement HTTP interface for Archivelink. Is it possible to use BSP for this purpose? The interface uses standard GET and POST request with modified HTTP header (for detail see [documentation|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi71/helpdata/en/9b/e8c186eaf811d195580000e82deb58/frameset.htm]). Other thing is multipart/form-data handler necessary for manipulation with multi-file documents. The basic functionality is easy to implement for example in PHP (ASP, ...), but we prefer SAP-only solution. Otherwise,  an additional interface between SAP and PHP application has to be written.
    Thanks.

    yes it is very much possible both from BSP as well as from plain ABAP (using cl_http_client class)

  • Can we use applets as user interfaces with sockets, RMI and J2EE

    Dear Sir or Madam,
    Since I am a TA for software architecture class, some one ask me the following question: I think the answer is "No" based on the document on http://java.sun.com/sfaq/
    How I answer the quesions? Looking forward your help!!!
    1.You may have 2 applets and 2 html files. One applet with one html file may stay at a client PC and run on this PC, and the other applet with the other html file may stay at a server PC and run on this PC. In this case, all the applets are run locally.
    2.Could applets works with sockets, RMI and J2EE?
    3.Can we use applets as user interfaces with sockets, RMI and J2EE?
    Thank you very much!
    Best regards,
    Jing

    The scenario you paint doesn't quite make sense. The "server PC" wouldn't be running an applet, normally, since applets are by definition in a web browser page, and most likely involve user interaction, and "server processes" generally are done without user interaction.
    The security rules around applets are that -- by default -- applets can connect with sockets ONLY to the server from whence the applet was loaded. RMI uses sockets (J2EE is too broad a spec) and hence RMI calls would also be limited to the server from whence the applet was loaded. Within that limitation, an applet could open all the sockets it wants, so long as they are all on the server from whence the applet was loaded.
    If you want two applets on two different systems to communicate with each other, the simplest way is to have them rendevous through a server process on the server(s) from whence each applet was loaded. Maybe it's PC-a <-> server-a <-> server-b <-> PC-b ...? Or maybe PC-a and PC-b both are talking to the same server.
    The limitation is rooted in the security subsystem. You can specify a policy file and override anything in the security subsystem. That does mean signing the applet and then cajoling the user into agreeing to grant greater levels of security than the default. In such a case you can open sockets more broadly and then PC-a could talk directly to PC-b without going through any servers.

  • Interfacing with JDE?

    Hello,
    I'm sure you guys have heard this a million times: I'm a JDE beginner. I need to understand what kind of interfaces JDE E1 offers. Specifically, I need to be able to run UBEs externally. Typically, we use web services, (PL/)SQL APIs, .NET assemblies, etc to interface with other programs. For example, we wrote an interface for Oracle EBS which allowed for the scheduling of concurrent requests. This was done using EBS's PL/SQL API (there were web services available but they weren't useful to us).
    My question is:
    What are the options for writing a similar interface for JDE E1? Web services? PL/SQL API? Anything? A very high-level overview would be fine. I just can't find a concise answer on Google.
    Thanks.
    P.S.> To be clear, I'm talking about accessing JDE E1 UBEs from an external program (which I'll be writing), NOT accessing external components from within JDE E1.

    If you are interested in integrating using .NET, take a look at an Oracle Validated Product, LynX Business Integrator. You can write .NET code to:
    1. Call business functions
    2. Select, Insert, Update and Delete records in JDE tables
    3. Attach media objects
    4. JDE Transaction control
    The code is compiled as a .NET class assembly and can be published as a ASP.NET web service that can be consumed by external applicatons.
    See http://www.aellius.com/products/lynx-business-integrator/ and http://www.youtube.com/user/aelliuslynx for more information.
