I accidentally deleted some files in my Notes on my Iphone 4s, is there a way to retrieve them?
I was trying to copy and paste in my Notes and accidentally deleted them after highlighting. Is there a way to retrieve them???? I assume that once you delete them on one device, it deletes them in the cloud and other devices because they are not there.
If you use iCloud then use the restore feature. If you backed up to your computer then restore from there. However if you did not backup prior to erasing the notes, then they're gone.

Sync from iTunes.
Connect your iPhone to your computer. Select iPhone under 'Devices' on iTunes left Pane, then select 'Apps' tab on the right Pane. Make sure SYNC APPS box is checked then click the SYNC button on the lower right window.
Alternatively, you can re-download individually from your Device

The other thing you might look into is making sure all of your calendars are displayed (Calendar app > Calendar) -

Also to add to what Ana said, if you've been importing http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 to your computer as you would a digital camera. Then you can sync http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236 them back to your phone using iTunes.

When I run the Dr. Fone software it shows they are still on my iPad 2 but it costs 60-70 dollars. Is there another way to retrieve them? They were not backed up on Itunes like I thought they were. Please help!!
Recover software as you have described is pretty much your only option - keep in mind that if wait, some of the currently recoverable data may well be over-written and lost.

You have to start by erasing the phone so if there's any newer data on it that is not contained in your last backup, you'll need to save that first. Then go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, go through the setup screens on the phone and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup. Then sign into your iCloud account and choose your backup to restore from.
Be sure you phone is connected to wifi and your charger as this may take a while to finish. -
My macbook pro retina deleted my multiple preferred networks. Is there a way to retrieve them?
For some reason my multiple preferred networks, including relatives wi-fi networks, all of a sudden disappeared, along with mine under the network tab. Is there a way to retrieve them? Or do I have to wait until I am in those places and have to redo it all?
Thanks.App data is stored in two places, on your phone, & as part of your phone's backup. If you restore your phone from your most recent backup, and follow this by syncing your content back to your phone, this will restore whatever app data was in your backup, back to your phone. Do not sync before doing this or you'll remove the app data from your backup.

Are you leaving the box unchecked to Manually manage music & videos? You don't need to to add anything to the iPhone.
Simply drag the playlist to the iPhone to manually add it. -

You can put the iPhone that went into water into a plastic baggie with either new silica gel packets (preferred) or raw rice and let it sit for 4 - 5 days. After that time remove the phone and connect it to power for at least a half hour. While it is still connected to power reset it by holding down the power and hold button, wait for the Apple logo then let go of the buttons. Might take several tries. If it revives immediately back it up. -

You should ALWAYS import all pics ( and anything selse for that matter) before any update.
If you failed to do this, then the pics are likely gone. You can try restoring from backup. -

I have the download list for firefox but accidentally deleted the file on my computer. I need the file and was wondering if there was a way of using the download list to access the file somehow, I don't think the file os on the internet either as I haven't found it

Go to the downloads window, right-click, and click "copy download link" or "go to download page". You should then be able to re-download it only if it's still in the downloads window
