I accidentally restored my phone and I lost a number I just got. They called me so I had it in call history. Is there a way to get that back?

I accidentally restored my phone and lost a number of a friend who I just met. She called me so I had a missed call with her number. We also vaguely texted before the incident. Is there anyway to get the number back?

If you did not do a backup of the phone before this restore, while the number was on the phone, then you have lost it. Generally when you do a restore, the phone prompts you to perform a backup. Restore the phone from that backup.
