I am geting i-messages recevied and sent by my kids as I am the mater account holder. How do i stop this, it has jsut started heppening and we have had i phones for years
I am getting I-messages that have been sent and receveid by my kids. I am the master account holder but this has just started happening but we have had i phones for years. We are connected to the same I-tunes account but they are seperate devices. When my daughter sends an i message it goes to her contact in my name not hers. Also any i messages i am now sending to her are not reaching her. Can anyone suggest what can be done to fix this?

Try resetting the phone. Hold the home and power lock button until the Apple logo appears.If that does not work, turn the phone off and take the SIM out and then put it back in.
If that still does not work, you may have a defective SIM, in which case you will need a new one from your carrier. -
I have had i phones for the last six years and i just bought the iphone 5. I tried to download a paid application and for the first time i am asked to answer my security questions which i don't remember. In order to reset my question i need my rescue emai,which does not exist.can anybody help????
That is normal for purchasing apps for a device not previously associated with your Apple ID.

im having a problem uploading pics to FB profile page from camera app. they are going into an IOS album instead. this just started feb 12th and i have had my phone since dec of 2012
1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now? -
Bought a new 4s and need to transfer photos from iCloud to new device. iCloud is giving me an old @me address. I do not have the email or pw for the iCloud account. How do I retrieve this information? Thanks.
If you need to change the iCloud ID on your new phone you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I can't remove Bing. I've tried Control Panel, the article "Removing the Search Helper Extension and Bing Bar," and I have had no luck for Windows 7 and Firefox.
I wish I could share the two screen shots I took, but this question site doesn't have the option, so I guess I'll describe where Bing is showing up.
In the left hand of my browser, just to the right of the back and forward arrows, there is speech bubble with a black eye ball or something. I found out it's Bing-related by clicking on it. There is no option to remove it with either left or right clicking on it.
Also, in the right hand corner of my browser, at the very end of all my tabs, there is a white rectangular box with an orange "b" and a magnifying glass symbol. It will not respond to anything I try to do to it either, but if clicked it opens a new tab with a Bing search dialogue box.
Finally, any new tab I open automatically opens to the Bing search dialogue box (versus Google).
I need to get specific, step-by-step instructions for removing this Bing stuff from my computer. As I said, I have already gone through all steps outlined in the article I mentioned above as well as not been able to locate Bing in my control panel.
Please help. I'm certain others are having this same issue. I use Windows 7 and Firefox. Thanks.Apologies for the formatting there. No idea what went wrong...

Hi! So I recently bought a new MacBook, but I've had an iPhone for years. I want to sync all of my music from my iPhone to my Mac's iTunes. Whenever I open iTunes and connect my phone though, it want to sync my iTunes library, instead of the other way around. This would erase all my music from my phone. Anyone know how to sync the other way? From iPhone to Mac?
You cannot synch the other way, with the exception of songs purchased on iTunes.
What you need to do is move the iTunes library from the computer to which you've been synching your phone and put it on your new MacBook. -
When importing my video from the event library to the project library, it's zooming in and
narrowing the width of my footage. How do I stop this from happening?In the project, double-click on the clip to open the Clip Inspector. In the Clip tab you will see an item about two thirds down labelled "Stabilization". If checked, uncheck the box "Smooth clip motion".
Stabilizing clips causes a zoomed in effect, with the extent of the zoom dependent upon how shaky the footage is. There is a slider beneath the check-box labelled "Maximum Zoom" - this can be draggged back and forth to adjust the zoom effect if desired, once the clip has been stabilized.
You may have chosen to analyze clips for stabilization when importing to iMovie (that's a choice provided by iMovie upon import). If so, it's best to turn off an option in iMovie's preferences. Go to this from the iMovie menu item iMovie>Preferences. Click on the Browser tab and deselect (uncheck) the box labelled "Automatically stabilize clips that have been analyzed".
I prefer to import clips without analyzing, as this speeds up the import process. Afterwards, in the Event you can check for any overly shaky clips, then analyze them in the Inspector. If necessary, once dropped into a Project, you can stabilize them as desired. You can also stabilize clips directly in the Project without having to first analyze them in the Event.

then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

I guess you are talking about the spellchecker.
Select the text you want to be Spanish:
Inspector > Text > Text > Language > Español
Why not set your Mac to be in Spanish?
Menu > Apple > System Preferences > Language & Text > Language > drag Español to the top of the list
