I am having trouble redeeming my iTunes card on the App Store. It always times out when I enter the code. But when I try to enter the redeem code in the iTunes Store, an error code comes up (5002) What does that mean?

I am having trouble redeeming my iTunes card on the Mac App Store....A message comes up and says, "your session has expired. Try again." I try again and it's the same message. I also tried to enter the redemption code on the iTunes Store and the same message comes up or it says, "Error 5002" I need help....I feel like I wasted my money. and I need a program for school.

I fixed the problem.. but it was very, very strange. I had a very long section for credits and set the line spacing to 1.0.. for some reason this caused it. I removed it, and it worked fine. I put it back, and I couldn't preview or play the video.
I don't know why that could cause that big of a problem, but it did..

After phone support from apple I ended up creating a new project and adding all 117 clips back in individually till I found out what clips flagged and would not allow me to export. I had 3 I deleted and replaced and everything works now 1hr after tedious work....

DL of podcast stopped with error of -3259 what does that mean?

I'm trying to down load some podcasts and (besides it being incredibly slow at the moment)the downloads are crapping out a few min into the DL and returning an error msg of "err = -3259" what does that mean?
and how do I get my podcasts?

Eventually the problem resolved itself. I live in Asia (Thailand) and I think the Problem had something to do with all the cut cables and the lag/latency/dropped packet/disconnects that were going on around the time where all the cables were on the fritz and the internet out here was at a crawl.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the corrupt tracks from the music section of your iTunes library, close & then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unchecked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the "Report a problem" links in your account history, or via Contact Support.
