I am having troubles logging into my Icloud

I am having troubles with Ipad (16GM os7), it is stating I have 2.5 GB on the unit.  My ipad only shows 5GB on it and my Icloud has 5GB max.  I don't want to upgrade and get more memory, so I want to log into my Icloud and delete some items.  I tried to log in on my ipad, didn't work.  I tried to log into Icloud on my PC and it wouldn't work either.  Can you please help..

You can't sign into icloud.com using Safari on your iPad, if that's what you tried to do.  You have to use your computer browser.
What happens when you go to icloud.com from your PC?

    Do you understand what the <servlet-mapping> declaration in the web.xml means? It is roughly just saying the appserver that it should port all requests on /Serv1 to the mentioned servlet.
    a couple others like/ch1/WEB-INF/classes/Ch1Servlet.class and /ch1/WEB-INF/web.xml. The WEB-INF folder is not public accessible, so forget about that part.
    "Resource not found" simply means that either the URL is wrong (case counts!) or that the resource is actually not there. I.e. not compiled, not deployed, not loaded, etcetera. Reading the appserver's startup logs might also help.

    I have Mac Book Pro 10.8.4 and Safari 6.0.5. Ever since the most recent update, I have trouble logging into secure sites like Yahoo! mail, eBay to name a few. The login boxes are active but nothing happens when I hit the enter or signin button. It just sits there, it isn't hanging or anything like that, it's as if I'd hit any other place on the page where one wouldn't expect anything to happen. I can and do refresh the page, approach from a different "angle" (for lack of a better term, say from "sign in" instead of "mail" for example) and try again. Sometimes this is enough and sometimes it takes several attempts to get it to recognise my hitting the button. I didn't have trouble prior to this most recent update. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

    This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, or by corruption of certain system caches. 
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and  Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

The weird thing is intermittently - maybe after 20 or 30 times it lets me redeem/in. But then it has the same problem again... I tried chat and it kept dropping out. Any help would be very welcome.

  • Having Trouble Logging into My Account from platform

    I am able to log into my account from the web (so I could get to forums). However, when I try to log in from the Elements 10 application, I enter the same login information and a dialog box says "signing in" with a "barber-pole" type action bar running. It stays like this forever. I cannot close out of the application. The only resolve I have found is to close down my computer and "force stop" Adobe, so I can reboot. Am I doing something wrong?

    When you log in from the web you are logging into Adobe Revel these days. PSE 10 understands nothing about Revel, which didn't exist when it was created. If you want to use Revel now that photoshop.com is gone, you must use a web browser, or, if you have a Mac, the free app from the App Store, not PSE 10 itself.

    Have you just created the Apple ID? If so it's possible you may need to activate it after receiving an email? Have you checked for an activation email? I can't be sure if it does send one or not as did mine ages ago.

    I loaded Snow Leopard onto my IMAC desktop yesterday and after doing so, I am unable to log into my credit union and other websites.  Does anyone know what the problem might be?

    Is this using Safari? Safari on Snow Leopard is becoming problematic - I've fallen over a number of websites which won't work properly on it; not particularly logins, but it's possible that they are on pages that Safari can't handle. When this happens I use FireFox - the latest version (30) is still compatible with Snow Leopard and will handle sites that Safari won't, so it's worth giving it a try.

    I enter email and then password and its says password invalid

    The issue you're experiencing is most likely due to an old Snapfish account registered under your email address. ePrintCenter and Snapfish account information is stored in the same place and I've seen this conflict before. You will need to go to http://www.snapfish.com/snapfish/welcome, click the "Sign In" in the top right hand corner of the page and then click the "forgot password" link and enter the email address that is causing your problems, you should receive an email from Snapfish that will let you create a new password there. Once you've created a new password for Snapfish, try to Sign In on ePrintCenter (http://www.eprintcenter.com/) using your email address and the new password you created for Snapfish.
