I update recently my OS to Yosemite and decided to use Safari again as my web browser (I was using Chrome). Some of the sites I need to access for professional reasons are not available with safari. I receive the message: "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.". I believe there is a pattern here, they are all sites publish with IIS with SSL and build with ASP.NET.
I can access them with Chrome (on OS X) or with Internet Explorer (with my Windows VMs).
I've already cleared all saved passwords, cookies, history, etc...the problem remains. I'm sure this is a known problem, but all the answers I've found on the internet were for things like DNS and unavailability of the site. The sites are working fine and I can access them with Chrome.
Can anybody help me? An explanation would also be nice :-) Something to do with Microsoft Authentication methods ?

Your error message are not displaying because u does not made Message-Resoucrce property file (Resource Bundle) when you make it .
give it entry in
struts-config.xml
<message-resources parameter="ApplicationResources" />
and
define key and corresponding error message to key in this ApplicationResources i.e

Did your 4S have Facetime on it before you updated? The 4S, new, shipped with Facetime and didn't need and update to iOS 6 to get it. However, if you purchased an iPhone that was designated to be sold in UAE, Saudi Arabia and a couple of other Middle Eastern countries, then the device does not have FaceTime and it can't be added.

It can also be an iTunes issue. Many of us, including myself, are not used to the new interface of iTunes 11 and would find ways to downgrade the available iTunes 11 back to iTunes 10.7 in Mac OS Mavericks. The only issue with downgrading (using AppZapper and Pacifist) is that you will not be able to update/install apps from the App Store after rebooting the Mac.
If you happen to have downgraded your iTunes in this method, then uninstall the iTunes 10.7 and reinstall iTunes 11 again - the App Store should resume its download/update function without any issue.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

Not Able to send messages using NOKIA TEXT MESSAGE...

I am not able to send messages using text message editor. I am having N70. I also have the latest PC suite and latest phone software. Whenever I try to send message, a message appears "Unable to send". It does not even give me the reason. I have connected my phone using data cable and I can transfer music, syncronize and do other stuffs.
Can someone suggest what needs to be done to send messages using PC??

Note that clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, passwords, and other website specific data.

I have created the database link in oracle 8.1.7.0.0 to oracle 8.1.7.4.0
But I am not able to select data using DB link.
The error is = ORA 12154 : TNS: could not resolve service name.
I have created the DB link with the same command in oracle 9.2.0.4.0 to oracle 8.1.7.4.0. I can select data using this link.
Please suggest me the solution.

If the service name is different on the 8i machine than on the 9i machine, you'll need to modify the service name when creating the link from 8i. Can you see the DB link in ALL_DB_LINKS in the 8i database?
