why does it say there is an error and won't let me update camera raw?

I recently purchased an album on itunes and it keeps saying there is an error downloading?
It keeps saying there was an error when I try and download and to check my network connection. The itunes store works fine and so does my internet, I have restarted my computer and itunes it still won't work. Does anyone know how to fix this or how I can file a complaint to itunes or something?

In that case your email provider's server is having difficulties to deliver the message to the recipients email provider server.
This has got nothing to do with Thunderbird.
There is little you can do though. You may have the recipient to check with his email provider if they have any issues. -
I have tried a hard reset on both of them but it will not let me download them. I have them plugged in and sometimes it starts to download but quits after about 30 seconds
Hence the problem with trying to download something the second it becomes available. You and millions of others are all trying to download it at exactly the same time. Just wait.
